Downloaded the app and connected via Bluetooth. I was then able to sync with Alexa app and can now easily turn the plug on and voice using voice commands. I am going to order more.

I agree with the other reviews, the pairing was quite an issue but now that it’s connected it’s working great! I paired it with Gosund. About half the cost of other brands and I’m assuming initial pairing issues come along with any brand. At least all of the ones I’ve tried! Lol

Life-changingly Easy!
I have purchased previous smart plugs and none have been as quick and easy of a set up as these plugs.And the option of setting up time schedules adds into the ease of the set up! With a quick connection option to Alexa, I can easily turn my Christmas tree lights on with just telling her to do it for me- if I donât wanna turn it on before my timers do ðThis task on previous plugs wouldâve taken a good half an hour Iâm sure.. this took me three minutes, maybe.Thank you guys for finally getting this item right as your competition couldnât seem to do so easily!

Perfect solution for window candles.
For years, Iâve been having to hook up an extension cords, to feed into my singular Amazon plug. That or having two Amazon plugs per outlet, which isnât always an option.Having the ability to put two plugs into one prong for each dual window, was a game changer! Super easy to program, seamless tie in with my numerous Alexa/Amazon plug & lighting programs.

Works with Smart Life app, has functions like Countdown, Schedule, circulate, random, and inching (auto turn off after period of operation).I was hoping that this device can monitor the live power consumption, similar to the Gosund smart outlets that I have, but unfortunately this requires a subscription.I’ll keep the outlets, but buy another brand next time, due to the subscription business model.
