Great product
I was taking capsule form and changed to the powder, and I feel that my body has absorbed it better, since taking the powder form. I found the best way to dissolve it, is to shake it and let it sit in the mixing jar with water for a long time, at least an hour. The taste is bland, but very easy to get used to it. I take it once a day mixed with a scoop of L-Glutamine, which is very good for your intestine lining repair. Especially, if you have leaky gut.

Feel so much better!!
My boyfriend and I both have taken this on and on for over 1 year. When we run out we totally notice joint pain and dryer skin but when we take it joints, hair nails and skin feel so much better!! We buy it in the UK when we are there and it is over $35 for 1 container of the same size. Love that it is all grass fed, healthier fish and chickens and the eggshell membrane is SO GOOD FOR YOU!!!

Taste is not noticeable mixed with matcha green tea. Make sure you mix it very well and let it sit for about 5 minutes before drinking. To mix well I put it in warm water (NEVER BOILING) in an 8 ounce glass mason jar so you can shake it around to get it throughly mixed. If you find sediment on the bottom continue to mix. After one full year I can walk without a cane. Even stairs!
