Like Chia Seed but Does Not Cause Inflammation
I would give a 5-star rating if the seeds were organic.
I use these seeds in a breakfast “cereal” I make…the seeds are added with two other seeds and coconut milk and other ingredients…I heat the mix for just a minute or two on the burner and all the seeds soften and then I add the other good stuff. The seeds soften and form tiny little pearls. The are easy to digest and full of nutrients and do not cause inflammation.
