The magnet holds the phone securely and the articulation of the swivel provides excellent customization so your viewing angle is to your liking. The vent mount holds firm and holds the entire mount in place without compromise. I love this mount for my Samsung S24 Ultra. Would definitely recommend.

Works with a Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 when metal ring is in the right position
I am glad I purchased it. Even though the description says it only supports iPhones, I wanted to give it a try with a Moto G Stylus 5G 2024. It’s basically a wireless charger with a round magnetic guide. As long as the phone is set in the correct position, it will charge. You can use the provided metal ring to your phone. If it’s in the proper position, it works. If the metal ring is making direct contact with the charger, the magnetic pull is strong. I purchased a MagSafe compatible phone case, and it works great. Some reviews stated that the charging speed was slow. I trying it with different types of power sources, and it looks like there’s a correlation to the charging speed. So of course, if the amount of power on your car’s USB port is low, then the charging speed will be slow. A fast-charging cigarette lighter power adapter would help. The one thing I didn’t like is the ball mount for this is 15mm. Most of the other ball mounts are 17mm. It may be hard to find other types of mounts for it. If you have an Android phone that has wireless charging, this may work for you.

Nice mount but doesn’t work well with standard 5V USB ports
***PROS**** Easy Installation* LED Not too bright* Feels solid and holds phone well***CONS**** Won’t work with standard 5V USB portsThis is the 3rd mount I purchased to try to charge my Google Pixel 9 with a magsafe case. The first one would continually drop out when powered by my car’s USB port or a 12V to USB adapter. The second one would drop out when powered by my car’s USB port, but would charge slightly better with the 12V to USB adapter. This Lamicall mount was more like the first- it always dropped out with these ports. I don’t know if it is the phone, the mount, the ports or just the nature of wireless charging that is causing it not to work. My guess is it is either the mount or just the nature of wireless charging. I have a USB power monitor and observed the mount drawing 1A at 5V for 5W of charging, but it dropped out every second or two then came back. I ended up getting a 12V adaptor that supported USB-C PD and USB-A QC3.0. Both of these ports would negotiate up to 9V and would run the wireless adaptor at 15W. It worked fine in this configuration.The mount itself installed very easily. The other mounts I tried had offset arms that I thought I wanted to allow for more placement control on the phone. It turns out the offset mounts allow too much flex in the phone, and trying to work a touch screen in a car is hard enough. Adding the extra flex of an offset arm only makes it worse. This mount without the offset is more stable and ultimately why it won out and I am keeping it in my car.The magnet holds the phone well and I am not worried about it falling off at all, even when pushing on the screen at the far edges. The LED is not too bright and doesn’t impair my vision when driving at night.Conclusion: As long as you are aware of the limitations with not being able to use standard 5V USB ports, I can recommend this mount.

What I really like about this is that it worse with the MagSafe with my phone case on. Iâm not taking off my phone case to use a magnetic charger and then sticking a magnet onto my phone as some of these car magnet holders seem to need. This one doesnât. It immediately went to the MagSafe on my phone through my case and has very stronghold just like the charging station on my end table. I went so far as to shake it around and itâs still stayed on. I feel confident that this is going to work perfectly in my car on the highway. I actually sent back the last one that I ordered because as soon as I tried to put my phone onto it it stayed on for about 10 seconds or less.

Doesn’t Charge
This gadget serves the purpose of holding a phone, hands down! As far as charging, it stays at the same percentage for over 15 minutes before it moves up a notch. The phone also overheats even when only charging and not in use… Good phone holder. Rotates in any direction very well and I also like the small design. Bad phone charger though. I’m going to keep it only because it has a strong grip while the phone sits there to use GPS or answering calls hands-free.

Die Handyhalterung fürs Auto hält was sie verspricht. Da ich eine MagSafe Hülle habe kann ich nichts zur Funktion mit dem mitgelieferten Magnetring sagen, jedoch funktioniert die Halterung super und das Handy hält Bomben fest. Ebenso funktioniert das laden auch gut, wodurch man ohne Probleme während der Fahrt mit dem Handy navigieren kann ohne das der Akku des Handys leer geht. Ebenso lässt sich die Halterung sehr leicht in dem Lüftungsgitter befestigen und hält dort auch sehr gut.Die Preis Leistung ist meiner Meinung nach vollkommen in Ordnung und im gesamten kann ich die Handyhalterung für das Auto nur empfehlen.
