Really like this door bell with chime.
I have had another brand for several years and I was never happy with the picture quality. Installed easy and set up was quick.Linking the chime was simple, battery life seems to be really good.NOTE: you should install so that it is not subjected to rain. This was the second one I purchased, first one was returned because it got wet and wouldnât charge.

I already had a doorbell camera at my front door. But I also I have a gate before that with no wired electricity. So the wireless works great for this spot. My other wired doorbell works well and was a âno brainerâ of a choice to get a second for another location.

Donât waste your money
If your iPhone is 14 or higher Arlos software is incompatible with these Chimes and there is no other way to setup the chimes. They know this is an issue but wonât disclose it. Arlo does not offer customer support by phone and their chat and forum support is useless.

Good Camera
It was a little quirky at first. It didn’t always ring the chime so I deleted it and reinstalled and it seems to be working properly now. Need to use it for a longer time to be sure. I also changed the network on the chime. Perhaps they was the issue. We will see.

Im not tech savvy, and I had trouble getting my new video doorbell synced with our wireless router. I called customer support and a very nice and patient customer service rep walked me through it successfully.

After reviewing the doorbell cameras this one seemed to fit the bill for us, you do have to pay a subscription for the cloud which isn’t too bad for one device. The camera works well, the image is good and the battery has been pretty good too. The app is great the only thing that does seem a bit of a palaver not sure if it is just my phone but when trying to answer the door on your phone (IOS) it seems to be automatically on mute so I have to unmute it.

Excellent clear picture but I had to You Tube how to set it up, as it didn’t come with any instructions.Battery life is around a month, but you can keep track via the app. It takes around 2-3 hrs to fully charge.I would recommend this product.
