I donât wan to rate these badly but I bought these due to the reviews but sadly they were too rough on my stomach and after three days my stomach started cramping. Obviously itâs a trail and error for everyone and possible works for others with the right diet and exercise but didnât for me.

Doesnt work. Scam. Its just hype. Fake reviews. Soon as i stopped taking them but kept with the diet , the pounds came off. I used strict diet and exercise routine followed by supervised intermittant fasting which is the besst program and never broke keto so it isnt just me. My trainer showed me data that shoed no benefit from these. So save your money. Its just a scam to get your payment info and continue to ship you this crap so they sit easy in their rich house and you pay every month for it. Dont fall for it.

I previously purchased a different brand and they were just “ok”. I found HerbTonics through searching for similar items with BHB salts. Glad I did! I have been taking these for 2 weeks and I can see a difference. Not much in weight loss but it has curbed my appetite for sweets. I have more energy, no jittery side effects but more energy overall.
