Versatile Play Mat
This is definitely a play mat you will get a lot of use from. I used it from newborn to about 12 months. It grows with your baby for the different stages they encounter. We initially used it for tummy time and transitioned to normal play mat time. It comes with different toy attachments and fun ball pit accessories. So fun!

Eye catching design and colors, soft, sturdy, and engaging
This play mat activity gym is not only adorable, it is pretty well made, too. I have bought similar products over the years and while they were less expensive, they weren’t nearly as nice. As babies start to get older and more curious, they begin pulling and tugging at the toys, grabbing the sides, etc. You need something that can withstand all of that and many baby activity gyms collapse, fold over, or come apart. That isn’t the case with this one!The construction is great and assembly is a cinch. It literally took a minute or two to fully put it together.The play mat is reasonably plush, soft and comfortable to lay on.I love how many toys are included! (10!!) They are easily removable so you can swap them out for other toys to prevent boredom or toss them into a playpen so that your child can play with them in both locations. When they are tugged and pulled on, the whole thing doesn’t come crashing down. (yes, I have had that happen before with other brands!!!!) Some of the toys are better quality than others but they do serve their purpose.The black and white color scheme is a nice change from the ordinary. Not only does it give it a more upscale look, it’s also an added benefit. Those colors are proven to help with focus and brain development.Along with the toys, 18 small plastic balls are also included. You can turn the gym into a mini ball pit! The safety fence can be secured so that the balls stay inside of the play area!16 double sided flash cards are also included which I thought was a nice added bonus. Some of the pictures are a little odd. I was expecting more simple designs like shapes and animals.Overall, it’s still a great value and would make a nice baby shower gift!

Great high contrast images
Love this baby play gym! The high contrast images are great for engaging babies eyes. It seems durable and can be used for about a year in its different setups. It even has a ball pit mode! Great investment for baby.

Tummy Time Achievement Unlocked
Okay. There are lot mature adult reasons to select this particular tummy time mat. There is also my “emo baby” aesthetic.The baby loves it. He got lots of bold patterns to exercise his baby peepers on. There are grabby things to grip and haul himself up with. He loves dangly things. He has the same attitude toward my hair and my glasses. This is less traumatic for me.I love the cor scheme. Not just for emo/goth kid cred. The adorable images are graphic and bold. Definitely keeping bub engaged and encouraging engagement.

Wonderful Baby Shower Gift Idea.
This baby play mat is a pretty nice product on Amazon. Babies love high contrast subjects, black and white is a wonderful color combination for them to stare at. I gave my baby black and white colored toys, this play mat, the whole piece is in black and white color, definitely well designed for babies.The fabric of the mat is made from skin friendly material, I generally touched and felt the fabric, it feels soft and smooth, should be very gentle to baby’s skin when laying on. The play mat comes with total 8 toys, it is a decent amount of toys and provides a good variety on the entertainment for baby. I like the mesh net on the play mat, my baby likes to throw toys around when laying on the play mat. The mesh net on this play mat will help a lot to keep toys inside the play mat. I think this mesh net is a little smart idea on the design.Overall, I like this play mat a lot. I am going to join my cousin’s baby shower next month, I think this play mat works perfect for the event and is a wonderful baby shower gift idea.

Love the high contrast.
This baby play mat is cute and I love the high contrast. The padding on the bottom is pretty thin, so I would use this on top of another playmat or on carpet, I wouldn’t put it directly on top of hard flooring and expect it to be enough cushion for my baby. I was excited for the maraca as my little one loves noise makers he can shake, but it’s honestly so small I do not feel safe letting my little one play with it. It could definitely fit in his mouth and gag him or hurt him if his head falls while he has it in his mouth, etc. The other toys are cute and seem to be well made. I do prefer these types of activity gyms where the top bars attach under the playmat rather than on top of the playmat like this one does. I just feel the style that clips underneath are a bit more stable and less likely that baby will eyeball the clips/loops and attempt to get them loose. The netting around the edge isn’t something I’d really use, it’s really only useful to keep the balls or other toys near the baby. I don’t see it serving any other purposes as it’s pretty short and flimsy and just makes it feel smaller overall and more difficult to put baby in or take them out. However, the netting can just go underneath and not be used, so it’s not a big deal. Overall, this playmat will serve it’s purpose and it is super cute, but it’s not my favorite one that I’ve owned.

Great for a newborn
This Tummy Time Mat with 10 Sensory Toys is so perfect for a newborn. This is my first time seeing one that has black/white high contrast coloring, and it’s been a big hit. It also comes with a set of high-contrast visual newborn toys cards which work well to stimulate early brain activity in newborns. This set can be transformed into different set ups which is nice because we will be able to use it for longer than other toys.
