Simple yet effective
This product is easy to use with an included scoop for perfect measurements, though depending on my serving size, I might only use half. It enhances skin elasticity, joint mobility, and is highly bioavailable. It’s a non-GMO product, made in the USA. After six months of usage, I’ve seen improvements in my skin, hair, and nails. And as a GLP1 girlie, adds a bit of protein as well. It’s not an instant fix, but a great addition to a health/wellness routine. It mixes well with various foods and drinks. Highly recommended!

My nails are stronger
I’ve been adding this to hot tea daily for 2 months now and I’ve already noticed my nails getting stronger. I’ve had issues with my nails chipping very easily for the past few years and it’s been hard to grow them but now they grow much stronger and I can finally keep a nice length! My face has less imperfections and my skin seems more elastic.Taste is not noticable to me when I add it to hot coffee or hot tea. I don’t think it would dissolve well in iced drinks but it dissolves in hot beverages and mixes well in smoothies. I keep repurchasing this brand since I like the ingredients, vitamins, and it has a lot of protein!

Comparison: Garden of Life vs Vital Proteins
I bought both to compare — so you don’t have to!I have seen improvements in my skin, hair, and nails. Cellulite has nearly entirely vanished. My face seems smoother. The two have similar consistencies. Garden of Life appears finer, but Vital Proteins dissolves slightly better. There’s really little difference there, so that should not be the deciding factor.Neither has a detectable flavor as far as I can tell.Garden of Life is MUCH less expensive. You’ll save around $10 a container with Garden of Life. The ingredients in both seem to be high quality. The amino acid breakdown is comparable in both. But they are not duplicates. With Garden of Life, I noticed bloating, increased appetite, and weight gain. This is because it contains a probiotic in addition to the collagen peptides. Not everyone tolerates this probiotic, lactobacillus plantarum, well.I am now attempting to flush this flora out and replace it with other types of probiotics that have not caused bloating. I worked very hard to achieve my ideal weight and a flat stomach. It was disappointing to me to find myself looking 3 1/2 months pregnant and the scale showing pounds I thought I’d lost forever. It may take some time as this particular probiotic is known for sticking around.Vital Proteins does not contain a probiotic. Instead, it contains hyaluronic acid in addition to the collagen peptides. Therefore, I reordered Vital Proteins. I could use the hyaluronic acid.If lactobacillus plantarum agrees with you, then save the money and go for Garden of Life.If not, then I’d recommend Vital Proteins instead. If Garden of Life were to produce a collagen peptide powder with no probiotic, then it would probably be worth switching. But for now, it’s worth spending the extra ten bucks and keeping a flat stomach, thank you.For this reason, I gave Garden of Life a 4 stars rather than 5. Others had remarked on the bloating issue and I had hoped I would not have the same experience; however, I did.

Great for increased protein without the calories and trouble.
I dissolve it with bone broth to drink. The collagen itself is tasteless.

Impressed with the Results and Ease of Use
I really like this collagen powder. It comes with a handy scoop, making it easy to use. What’s better is that it promotes skin elasticity and supports my joints and mobility. I can feel the difference! The texture is smooth and not grainy at all. Truly, it’s completely tasteless. The only minor issue is that it could dissolve a bit easier to avoid clumps. But all in all, I’m a fan!

A Worthwhile Investment for Health
This is a very solid purchase because it’s made in the USA. I appreciate the efforts of Garden of Life to uphold standards. This collagen powder has been a great addition to my daily routine. I can see visible improvements in my hair, skin, and nails. Plus, I love the fact that it’s unflavored and doesn’t mess with my taste preference. For anyone looking to boost their body’s natural collagen production, this is a product worth considering.

Funky taste
I find the taste hard to handle, itâs best not to inhale when you drink the beverage you mix it in. So far I have tried it in coffee, tea and soup. The soup worked the best. The stronger the flavor the better to hide the taste. The serving amount is about an eighth of a cup and thatâs a lot to mix in your tea or coffee, and thatâs once or twice a day. I have only been using it for about a week so thereâs no change in my skin or hair yet. The label says itâs also for joint health but it doesnât contain type two collagen and according to consumers report magazine that is the type you need for your joints. If this works for me I probably will switch to the pill form instead of the powder and a brand that contains the type two collagen along will one and three collagen. This is a corrected review because I had stated that the serving size was one quarter cup.

Happy with results and taste
A lot this one better than the last one I ordered from Amazon. Had a better taste or barely good taste to me did this every day for about a month I can tell that my nails are stronger and my hair does grow fast but I canât tell a difference in my hair thickness, which is what I wanted so maybe I just need to keep taking it longer. But I am happy with the product overall.I guess if I really thought hard about it, my joints donât hurt as much. Seems like when you donât hurt you donât think about it. so yes, I guess it has helped my joints too. I was having hip and knee pain and also the bone behind your large toe. And no pain in those joints for several weeks now. I will keep taking and by again. As far as mixing, I do use a frother that came with my coffee press, but you can buy them separately at Walmart or target. Another thing is that I only do one scoop, and probably should be doing two for better results. And donât turn the frother until you put it in your coffee or it will splash everywhere. I forgot in the video and had it on, but then turned it off to put it in my cup.

This is the third collagen peptides I’ve tried, and it is the best one for its value. Skin is visibly more hydrated and pores seem to become smaller after using for 2 weeks (Keep in mind, I have been using other collagen products before).I like the Garden’s collagen because it contains more per serving, and it is cheaper in price than what I was using. Will continue to use and see about long-term benefits for both skin and joints.

First of all the tub is huuuuge. It says add it to liquid so I added it to my breakfast orange juice. The pictures speak for themselves – doesnât dissolve, lumpy and just gross. If this is what it does to juice, I hate to think what itâs doing to your insides. Now to try and get my money back.
