This Diffuser is the best I have ever purchased
To begin with I was extremely interested in the size of the BlueHills 2000mL because having to remember to add water and essential oil to my small ones a couple of times a day was tedious.I bought my first one in May of 2024 and my second one in October of 2024.After 5 months I discovered a small issue of the paint coming off the nebulizer with the one I had purchased in May, so I contacted the BlueHills company directly. I can say that I have not had better customer service from any company that I have had to contact about a defective product. They were very responsive, apologetic, and quickly gave me an unexpected and generous solution.As for product, I do have to clean it a few times a week and thatâs every time the water level reaches the minimum line. I do that with my kitchen sink sprayer and warm water, it seems to get the buildup out of the tiny spaces pretty good. I keep the output dial turned to the 3 oâclock mark, so not on high and it puts out enough fragrance to make the entire front half of my house smell wonderful. My most recent purchased diffuser is in the back half of my house and puts out enough to get all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. My entire house smells amazing, without being overwhelmingly scented.I will be a return customer for this company, not just because of the quality and ease of the product, but for the authentic and kind customer service that I received on a product well out of the Amazon return policy.

Lasted 12 hours
My diffuser quit working after 12 hours of use. There is no mist despite having the appropriate water level. I tried emptying it, cleaning it, unplugging it, turning it off and on, and yet it does nothing but blink. Having a 2 L reservoir is a great concept, but clearly it does not work well in reality. This has been very disappointing, not to mention a huge waste of money!UPDATE: I have contacted the manufacturer who has promptly responded and sent a replacement out to me. The replacement diffuser has been working fine with no issues since I received it. Its large capacity has no trouble filling a large room with scent. I am very pleased with how quickly the manufacturer responded and corrected the issue I had with the first diffuser. I wouldnât hesitate to buy again.

After using this product for a short while, the light stopped working.Edit* I am giving this a 5star review solely because the owner of this company reached out to me to offer a FULL refund solely because the light stopped working. Instead I asked if they could just replace it, and 2 weeks later it arrived at my front door.

Best Diffusers Out There
If you’re looking for a high quality, high-output, stylish diffuser – you want to buy this one. I spent time researching diffusers, and there are a lot out there. We have tried so many top quality diffusers, even those designed by the premier Multi-Level Marketing essential oil company, this is the ONLY diffuser that fills our 4200 sq foot home with the right level of aromatic oils. (We have two of these large diffusers) I read reviews and took a chance on these knowing Amazon’s great return policy; it is needless to say, I did NOT regret my purchase. I ordered 2,000 u diffusers from BlueHills for our 4200 sq ft home. The diffusers worked SO WELL, that I came back and ordered two smaller ones for my kids’ bedrooms. Not only are BlueHills diffusers GORGEOUS, they are extremely effective and price competitive; have you seen the prices out there? Some are selling for over $100 and do NOT work as well as BlueHills diffusers. We have tried them! diffusing scent. BlueHills diffusers are – by far – the best, especially when it comes to oil/fragrance output. The automatic shut-down feature works perfectly when the water level gets to minimum; this function allows me to start the diffusers in the morning and forget them – so easy-to-use. They are not messy; the completely enclosed exterior keeps kids from playing in the water, and prevents spills from our cat who likes to knock things over. Thank you, BlueHills for making amazing products! Oils are expensive. Don’t waste them on a poorly made diffuser. We are the proud owners of FOUR BlueHills diffusers and recommend them to everyone looking for stylish, affordable, and highly-effective aromatic output. This is a great humidifier and diffuser in one which is not easy to find in my experienceâ¦when you walk into my condo, you can smell the lavender so I know the diffuser works well. It does require a refill every 24 hours but they are all like that in my experience. The changing colours are pretty without being too overt. The timer option is nice but I just keep it on the low mist option 24/7. No filter to change which is nice.
