Horrible design choice?
This bubbler is … eh? Yes, it’s got a large water reservoir. They tell you to fill it up with a certain ML amount of water at max. They show in their video them using a measured thing to fill with the proper amount of water. HOWEVER, such a measuring device is NOT included with the unit. ALSO there is no “max fill” line in the unit. So you can’t visually see where that amount is if you don’t have something to measure that proper ML worth of water.SECONDLY: the buttons on this are NOT actually buttons. They are touch-screen-esque type of things. I and my wife had a very difficult time even getting the unit to TURN ON when touching the power button. THEN even though it would turn on, and we would then have to “fight” with the same style button to get the light system to turn on. Oh, it doesn’t stop there: At least our unit had an issue where no matter how much or how little water we put in, the unit would self-power off within 10 seconds, thus preventing us from even enjoying the scents we were attempting to diffuse. We tried multiple things to get it to work, however nothing seemed to make this thing function anything like the videos.Only reason we didn’t attempt to return it after fighting with it for a week, was that while we were gone one day, one of the cats decided to jump up where she normally wasn’t jumping, which happened to be where the unit was. This knocked it off the shelf and broke the dome and the unit. As it wasn’t working and wasn’t TOO expensive, we wrote it off as a bad purchase and will certainly not be buying it again.

Takes some getting used to.
This is a great knock-off of the young living glass and wood diffuser, though it’s mainly made of mock wood and glass it gets the job done! I see two main complaints I would like to clarify for the best user experience.some customers complain that the buttons are difficult to use and that the device keeps turning off. However, the buttons are touch operated and they require a gentle tap to turn on. if you touch the on button twice it will go to an efficient mode that operates on for 30 seconds and off for 30 seconds. This is a normal feature to make the oils last longer during diffusion, I will admit it does feel cheap and lightweight however most diffusers in the range of $20-$30 tend to be cheaply made.All in all, I love it! The design is modern and unique with a touch of apothecary, and it operates up to 10 hours!!

Light does not work!!!!
Just pulled it out of the box. looks very nice, water is working but canât get the light to turn on. Disappointed since itâs brand new!!!! Instructions say to call support number if light doesnât work. There is not a number to be found in the instructions, on the box or on this website! Again, very disappointed!!!

Stopped working
This has a beautiful design and when it works, it works beautifully. But as others have pointed out, the buttons are very difficult to operate. And – after a few months, it stopped working. It starts but shuts off after a few seconds. That’s frustrating because I don’t really want to throw it away and buy another while it actually works. But it only works for a few seconds at a time.
