Great for postpartum!
When I first got these pads and opened them I thought, âwow these are huge!!!!â and wasnât sure I would actually be using them or not.Theyâre much larger (double the size!) than the ones provided by the hospital after the birth of my baby. The size eventually came in handy as I had a small hemorrhage and I was so pleased with the length and thickness. I experienced no leakage. I almost always felt dry (I think for the purpose of urinary incontinence you would feel entirely dry). They are incredibly durable! There was no reaction to my skin and I am so thankful for the quality of the material in such a âsensitiveâ area. Something I do want to mention (maybe TMI) is if you do plan on using these for postpartum and have quite heavy bleeding, shave your lady bits just a tad. I was letting everything heal so I hadnât touched up down there and my pubes actually stuck to the dried blood and that was like a free wax I wasnât expecting. Ouch.Overall I would use these again for another baby. In my personal use, I used them all. For an uncomplicated postpartum, you will only need a few of the pads but they are worth it!

Absorbent and non-irritating
These pads are definitely a lot longer and wider than the other incontinence pads I’ve used and I love that fact! They are a tad on the bulky side at first but quickly mold to your body. So far so good with the no irritation.

Wonderfully Absorbent
These are perfect for pregnancy and postpartum. Had issues with leakage while pregnant and of course after giving birth. I still purchase these for lighter period days as I find them extremely absorbent, more so than typical period panty liners. They are soft and stay put in my underwear. If youâre looking for the perfect organic incontinence or period liner, look no further.

LOVE â¤ï¸ these for heavy overnight period protection!
UPDATE 5/9/22: ——What happened to these??? I ordered the exact same items, the MODERATE and ULTIMATE and they are now approximately 50% THINNER (if not more)!!! And appear shorter in length as well, yet still the same price! Total BS. I won’t be purchasing again. have no urinary incontinence needs, nor am I postpartum but use these for my menstrual period overnight or heavy days at home and they are the best – yet I think they’d work well for those needs also. They are SO much better to me than pads marketed for periods mainly because they are longer, wider, and thicker and don’t have those damn useless “wings” that never stay stuck anyway! I have used Poise ultimates and Tena brands before trying these but those pads are stiffer and have patterns and tend to stick to me a bit (if that makes sense?) These are so much softer, no irritating pattern that rubs me wrong, and just feel like a soft, conforming pillow. On a particularly heavy day I was called away from home quickly and normally if I am going to be out all day I’d wear a tampon but I didn’t have time or think about it and just ran out and guess what? I didn’t even notice I was wearing it which would never happen with the largest ultimate Poise pad and they stuck just fine to my underwear. In the past if I wore one of those other brands out running around, it would irritate me, or bunch up wrong, or since they are long in the back it would be noticable. But again, NOT with this pad – it’s so soft and more pliable I guess I would say.Sorry to write so much about such a simple product but I love them. I just wish I had found them sooner!***I also bought and wear the “moderate” size of these for lighter menstrual days which is about the same size and thickness of regular old maxi pads (like Stayfree, etc…) that many of us age 40+ grew up with (not thins).***Also cannot stress enough the love I have for NO imprinted pattern and the softness as opposed to those other brands stiffness and irritation they can cause. For those reasons alone, I’ll pay extra for these happily. If any of my needs and preferences are like yours, try them 🙂

Disappointing! Uncomfortable, poor design, and too expensive!
Iâm quite disappointed with these pads. The fabric, whatever it is, that extends around the perimeter of each pad is stiff and unpleasant when in contact with skin. The much-vaunted âorganic cottonâ feels nothing like cotton, so if it is indeed organic cotton, itâs wasted on these. The plastic package surrounding each pad is an example of very poor design. Itâs difficult to find the open edge to pull, then takes too much effort for arthritic hands just to open a tiny light plastic packet. It could be much easier to do. And, as others have mentioned, having the paper strip that covers the adhesive strip on the back of each pad be affirmatively GLUED DOWN tight to the inside of the plastic wrapper is incomprehensible. It is tightly glued in 3 separate places. Why??By gluing the paper strip to the plastic wrapper, it makes taking that plastic wrapper off more difficult than it has any reason to be. Itâs awkward, then leaves you holding an odd combination of conjoined plastic and paper in your hand. This makes it impossible to recycle the paper strip. AND it prevents using the empty plastic wrapper to cover the pad for subsequent disposal. In sum, itâs needlessly wasteful in TWO separate ways! The foolishly wasteful design of these wrappers makes me question whether this is, in fact, a women-designed product? Of course, thereâs no necessary connection there, but given how many women have expressed frustration in these reviews about their inability to use the empty plastic wrapper for eventual disposal of used pads, Iâm reminded that women often tend to be rather oriented toward a âre-usableâ mindset. Probably more than men? No, itâs not necessarily the case, but Iâd bet thereâs a hint of truth there somewhere.I also canât imagine why the designers of these pads, of whatever gender, didnât notice how thin and scratchy the gathered edging around the pad feels. Itâs not subtle! And thereâs no discernible difference between front and back on the âmoderateâ size I purchased. Maybe thereâs not meant to be one? Okay. If so, something on the package should say that and save us trouble looking. The absorbency of the âmoderateâ version is not impressive. I donât know how it measures up against the volume itâs represented to hold. But I donât want to be obliged to wear a physically longer pad in order to get decent absorption. Why must those go together so automatically?Iâve been using a very inexpensive brand of incontinence pads that do a good job. The brand, Wise, gets very low ratings for reasons that escape me. The material is softer, the absorbency is superior, and although the cover material doesnât purport to be made of âorganic cottonâ, I havenât read anything on their site or package that suggests to me that itâs apt to be toxic. Not that Iâm qualified to sort through the various terms that get used so loosely in describing these products. Like organic cotton. Iâll bet a quarter that the surface on the Rael brand gets called that on the basis of some narrow technicality. So I canât recommend this brand to anyone. I had hoped to find something better than the Wise brand, thatâs just okay, but the alternatives Iâve plowed through donât really seem better, just more expensive based on their own hype alone.

Organic, so that is main reason why bought it. Works well, and happy with this purchase

good hygienic product. only fault really: they do bunch up & no matter how much you stretch them out, they do go back to that shape….so does not cover as much because of that.JUST DO NOT MAKE THEM AS WIDE AND THANKS.

Glad to have discovered these pads. Most brands cause me irritation but these cotton ones are so comfortable. When ordering in the UK allow plenty of time as they come from the USA.
