These are great if you are low carb or Keto
5 carbs and five fiber equals 0 carbs. These are great for low carb and Keto. I have not found any other chia seeds where the carb equation is zero so buy these and have no worries about carbs.Toss a tablespoon or two in a smoothie, on your oatmeal, for with your bowl of yogurt and blueberries. They will help your health tremendously!
