My cat eats prescription food that, imo, is stupid expensive bc of things he can’t help. I would have to make special plans for him when traveling bc I couldn’t just leave for out. This saved me! Ididn’t think i could afford a feeder; but this one was priced well and well worth it. Wish changing the feeding schedule was easier but otherwise, I like it. You can even record a message for you cat, which was kinda fun to start and got old quick ð

This worked fine. Small portions, but we could make it work for our dog. Suddenly, it just stopped working. We changed the batteries. Still nothing. Of course this happened AFTER the return window closed. Great.

My pup lives his life like clockwork so he loves having his meals at the same time everyday. I donât have to set alarms on my phone anymore, or worry about rushing home to make sure he can eat dinner on time. Having this also helps to regulate their potty schedule. I completely recommend. You can schedule up to six meals, my pup only gets two. And you can select the portion amount.Every time he hears the food getting dispensed he sprints over! Itâs so cute.

Had this for a little over a month, great feeder, worked fine. Until I noticed it wasnt working, the backup batteries are in and it is plugged in. At this point the system is dead.

Got this for my grandma who has dementia and has a hard time remembering if she fed her dog and has been over feeding.Upon opening the box, everything looks great! Works as intended.Some things left to be desiredâ¦1. Wish the cord was longer. Had to use an extension cord to place where I wanted.2. Wish it didnât take the D-Batteries (not required/only for backup purposes for power outage).3. Instructions could more clear as to what a âportionâ means on measurements (i.e. meal 1 set at portion 4 is approximately 1/2 cup). I had to do the math and a test run to figure it out.4. Iâm not a huge fan of the 24 hour military time clock but I guess it leaves less for mistakes âA.M.â vs. âP.M.âPros:1. Overall it works & dispenses properly2. The capacity is a decent size for holding a good amount of dog kibble.3. The lid locks for pets that might have a desire to try to tip it over to help themselves to free kibble (have not tried to tip it over so havenât tested)4. The screen locks so pets/people canât accidentally change anything unless you press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds.5. I love the clear food tank so you can see when it needs to be refilled and not have to open the lid to check every so often unnecessarily!Side Note:1. Each âMealâ (programs up to 6 meals per day) has a MAX portion of â8â which is approximately 1 cup dispensed at one dispensed meal time.2. Do not throw away the Silica Gel/Charcoal packet (a.k.a. âDesiccantâ the instruction manual refers to) that comes in the box. It goes in the chamber on the underside of the lid to prevent molding.
