Tolerable and seems like good quality
I recently received this product and have been using it once a day. It hasn’t given me any upset stomach or GI problems. Tolerating it well and hoping it does all it’s supposed to.

Not even sure what it’s supposed to do
There are a lot of health-based buzzwords attached to this product: antioxidant, thermogenesis, polyphenols, etc. And some fairly obscure, scientific-sounding terms (“Studies have shown EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) to maintain healthy cell growth, promote apoptosis and support the regulation of gene expression.”) that certainly sound impressive until you ask yourself “What does that mean anyway?”But does it do anything? Not in my case. I’m still the same old wreck I was before I started taking these things. But as with all such products, the results will vary with the individual.

For anyone fighting cancer this is a must have. Speak with your oncologist and to a naturopathic physician. Drink Green Tea as well.Because these herbs are not regulated the same way regular pharmaceuticals are, ensuring a quality brand is critical. I trust Vitanica.

Green tea benefits without the tea
My wife is always telling me to drink green tea for its health benefits. But, I do not like green tea. I am a tea drinker but prefer the real caffinated tea. The nice thing about this product is that I can make the wife happy that I am getting those benefits and not have to drink the tea. I can actually chase the pill down with my favourite tea. Doesn’t get much better than that! It is said on the label not to take them if nursing or pregnant though. They are vegetarian. Also, there are none of the things many people are allergic to. The label states that there are none of many of those things. Have a look at the label for the complete list.The bottle is small and hold 60 capsules, taken one capsule at a time three times a day. As to feeling any results, well that is tough to do but I do have a feeling that they are doing the intended job. And it does feel good knowing that I am doing something good for myself. I do know that there are no side effects that I can see. Anyway, I will take them until the bottle is empty and probably reorder.
