I’m always a little nervous buying renewed electronics because you really never know what you’ll get…the seller’s version of “excellent condition” is very subjective. I’ve bought “excellent” items before that leave much to be desired- huge gouges, scratches, poor battery life, etc. But this time excellent meant EXCELLENT condition! Not a single blemish on this iPad, which is amazing for an 7yr old product. Charged right up to 100% and held steady, blazing fast processing with total functionality, heck it even came updated to the latest iOS! I couldn’t ask for more, totally satisfied with this purchase. Their price was slightly higher than the rest of the retailers- but you know what they say- you get what you pay for, well worth the few extra bucks! It even arrived a day sooner than expected. 5 stars all around!

Old and slow
This iPad is very slow, and it freezesâright from the first day I got it. It is incompatible with the latest iOS so you canât get the latest version of apps, you canât use some features on the iPad that you have and your newer phone. Thereâs quite a few things I canât do with it. It is also slow to charge and it gets really hot sometimes. I would not suggest getting this at all. It is better just to wait and save up to get the latest version.

Renewed was so worth it!
I was a bit nervous about going “renewed” (refurbished, used…) especially since the seller had some negative reviews. But the iPad mini was exactly what I wanted for a great price so I figured I would take a chance. It was so worth it! The model I received was exactly what I wanted (iPad Mini 4) and it looked brand new. Even though it did not come in the Apple box or come with the Apple charger, it was packaged extremely well/safe and did come with an Apple wall charger and non-apple cable. But since we have tons of wall chargers and cables at home that was no big deal. Had to update the iOS from 9 to 12, but that was seamless and it has run perfectly since.It was kind of annoying to have to accept delivery by signature, but I understand why they do it. So just be prepared to have to wait at home once the status is “out for delivery.”Overall I am extremely pleased with the seller and experience and thrilled to have a huge upgrade from my Mini 2 with the Mini 4!

Es muy buen iPad mini 4 su sistema esta bien perron y todo en realidad parece una MacBookBien curada se ven los iconos muy bien sistema me gusto todo me llego como quien dice nueva a diferencia que es Reecondicionado y te lo entregan en una caja de cartón no incluye caja original el cable que incluye muy bueno como blindado y buen cargador de 20 watts me gusto mucho muy buena funciona como nueva y el estado fÃsico es prácticamente nueva al 100.
