Phone in great condition
This product shipped reasonably quickly and was in great shape with a few extra items. There was a tool to change out the SIM CARD and a quick charging charger cord. The phone looked brand new and my daughter loves it!! Also, has a ton of storage on it for an iphone.

Worst Phone Iâve ever purchased
The phone had a refurbished battery so once I put my Apple ID in, the phone locked up because it was flagged by apple for not having the correct battery. Took me a month of working with apple care to remove my information and get it off of my registered devices.
