Does what it’s supposed to
I like the large size. Perfect for bigger dogs. My chihuahuas were a bit intimidated by it as it’s very large so they stick to their smaller feeder but this would work well for a big dog.

As advised
Large enough to feed 2 dogs (one 140lb mastif & 1 55 lb Australian shepherd) for 3 days. They had free range to eat as much as they wanted and still had food left. Had people checking on them, have doggie doors etc but sitters didnât have to refill the container & they didnât try and get it open, knock it over etc.

Not Great For Larger Dog Food
I like the large size that can hold a good amount of food, but aside from being overpriced (in my opinion) it doesn’t work well for larger sized dog food. In my case I use Royal Canine Golden Retriever and as you can see in the photo it consistently gets clogged where you have to reach in to break up the food to allow for it to begin falling out again. It also needs to be more slanted or tipped forward for the gravity to work well in general (again have only tried with larger food size).

I used to fill my digs water bowl 2-3 times a day… With this I fill it once or twice a week. (I have a big dog, Saint Bernese) Now he never has to wait for me to refill his water bowl.

Design Improvements Needed
The lack of anything securing the top to the bottom means it’s perilous to move it after it’s filled, which is something I have to do after moving it away from the wall to fill it. The logistics of where I have to put it in my tiny home means moving it when empty to refill it and then moving it when full back into position. Once wrong bump and it’s food everywhere. Ask me how I know!There should be at least be a notch or something to hold the two together.
