This 6-inch retrofit recessed LED gimbal downlight clips right into your existing 5” or 6” ceiling cans. It comes with an E26 quick connect, giving you everything needed to install this beautiful, retrofit recessed lighting solution. It is dimmable and color selectable with 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K options, giving you the ability to choose your preferred color temperature by easily using the switch on the back of the fixture. This switch lets you pick from soft white, warm white, bright white, neutral white and daylight so your space has the right light color for you. This downlight features a rotatable eyeball that also is directional allowing you to focus the light in any direction you need with a max angle of 45°. It uses just 11 watts of energy, equivalent to a 75W incandescent ceiling light. Good luck getting the springs to stay on.
After about 4 hours it is hanging half on. The light itself is great. Light weight. But the tensioners are not connected in any meaningful way. The tab is in the coil to hold it. But when the wire compresses the coil opens and the light falls off. Still not sure where one of them is , it shot across the room somewhere.If you look at the pic you can see what I mean about the spring. Maybe it will work for you. Good luck.

Great price -awesome light – if you have to adjust the spring diameter from 6 inches to 5 inches – be sure you have a gooooood tiny Phillips head screw driver – man getting those things to budge was like trying to lift Thorâs hammer and having all kinds of unworthiness – thatâs my only complaint wich isnât really a complaint itâs more like me just whining because I didnât have my coffee during the install – great light easy install would def it again bought a different light same company the adjustment screws were much easier – could have something to do with the swivel action – who knows Iâm no engineer- just remember when adjusting- the screw might be rough to budge donât let that stop you that from buying it – it kinda pops right in !

These are nice for the price. Love that you can adjust the brightness before installing, this way you can have them brighter where you need it. Slim design and easy to install. Thes replaced our old can inserts from 20 years ago.and i couldnt be more pleased.
