Better than the popular brand-so far.
The popular brand is tiny and dries out before I can get my eyeglass lenses cleaned. These are larger and less expensive; and I’m very pleased that I can finish cleaning my glasses before they dry out. I’m pleasantly surprised these are superior in every way to the popular brand. I was worried because some reviewers say they’re too wet. I don’t know how that would even be possible as alcohol dries so quickly. They need to be used immediately after opening if you don’t want them to dry out. These do smell strongly of alcohol, which doesn’t bother me. I hope they’re safe for my transitional lenses. I couldn’t find any brand that made that claim.

Effective
No one has dirtier glasses than my 9 month old. She pulls on them with greasy fingers and has food smeared on them all the time. And these wipes get them clean! They’re thinner and drier than the wipe n clear, but they do a good job. No scratches or streaks, easy to pack, fast drying. And seriously, she has the dirtiest glasses you’ve ever seen.

Little bit on a dryer side but gets the job done.
The size and packaging of these lens wipes are excellent—compact and easy to carry around. The individual packets are simple to open, making them very convenient. However, the wipes feel a bit on the dry side. If they were slightly more moist, they would be perfect and easily deserve a 5-star rating. That said, they still get the job done for cleaning my 8-year-old’s glasses. I won’t be returning it but would most likely try different one next time.
