Amazing customer service!!! Diffuser is gorgeous!!!
Alright I donât write reviews but I needed this time. I bought this diffuser in September and 3 weeks ago it just suddenly stopped working. I contacted the company and they were amazing! They are sending me a new product, and I couldnât be happier because I LOVED my diffuser! I had some friends over for dinner once and they actually bought it fromAmazon right away as they arrived in my house because it caught their attention.It looks beautiful with the light shining through the glass, it puts a really good amount of essential oil into the air, my kitchen smells so good every day! I canât wait to get my new one! So many diffusers get the job done. But the difference with this one is its beauty. It just looks so stunning, expensive and now with this amazing customer service I had to share the word out. Support this company! They really care I am so impressed!

I absolutely love this diffuser! Itâs beautiful and so far Iâve had no issues with it and Iâve used it daily since I got it. I love that you can set the color you want or turn off the color (people saying you canât obviously havenât read the description or user manual) I love the timer function as well. It came with a small pitcher making filling it a breeze. Highly recommend!

Aesthetically beautiful but doesnât work
I bought two of these as we are trying to minimize plastic in our home. The glass diffuser is a great size and and makes a subtle aesthetic addition to our decor. However that is where the benefits end. Both diffusers I ordered make this terrible buzzing noise when they are on and just kind of blow bubbles in the water rather than diffusing the water and oil into the air. I should have spent the big money on a nicer one. Unfortunately I am outside of the return window so there isnât any way to get my money back and I am frustrated and disappointed.

This diffuser is beautiful! Itâs fits well in our living room, works great. The only downfall is that you have to allow the colors to automatically scroll through slowly to choose one to stop on rather than manually fast forwarding. But it works great!

Finally, a glass tank. I have been searching for a diffuser without plastic. I don’t like off-gasing plastic in my home. I bought this primarily for my plants but, if I do use essential oils, I don’t want previous smells to linger in the plastic water resovoir. For me the glass material makes the diffuser a keeper.The unit produces a healthy cloud which the plants are sure to benefit from.As for the crystal glass appearance – it could be improved with a more modern design but is passable in our mid-century modern home.The power cord would be nicer as a chargeable unit.I would prefer a dimable white light to the crazy colour changes but you can leave it on white light, so that helps.Overall, bravo on the glass tank. I’ll keep it but think they would sell more if they modernized the appearance.
