Very pleased so far. Only negative was the charger they sent with it. Luckily I had an apple charger from my old iPad. Easy to set up and hopefully lasts well.

nice pad but unfortunately defective
Nice beginner iPad but unfortunately the battery is defective so I’m returning. Amazon told me that Apple will not allow this particular item to be dropped off but MUST be picked up at my home. Amazon cannot provide a tracking number so that I can inquire with UPS when they will be picking up…they said that it will be on the label that UPS will have at pickup. I have to wait and be home for pickup which is difficult. This will limit what Apple products I may purchase from Amazon in the future due to this restriction. Buyer Beware!

Arrived in near new condition
Was easy to load apps on, charged up normally, good battery life in use, software update to 17.7 good. Wanted me to erase the ipad I loaded it from but this is my primary ipad 12.9 Pro with no plans to sell it or trade it in to Apple. This new unit is a replacement for a ipad mini 2 that needed repair for about the same cost as buying the renewed model which has a larger screen and better software to run more current apps.

Este iPad fue un perfecto regalo de cumpleaños para mi mamá. Su vieja iPad 3 ya no funcionaba. Estéticamente éstá perfecta. Revisé el número de cargas y apenas tenÃa 103 cargas. BaterÃa al 95% y estéticamente es un 9.5. TenÃa ligeras marcas de uso, pero nada notable a simple vista.

This was my first time buying something refurbished, found a seller that was fulfilled by Amazon and Prime included, Got an iPad 6th Gen 128gb Wifi only.As per Amazons refurbished guarantee, the device should come with at least an 80% battery capacity and little to none cosmetic damage when listed in excellent condition. My iPad had an 91% battery capacity, and only had 166 full charges, meaning it was barely used. Storage was 115/128gb free. (iOS is around 10gb)You can check an iPad’s battery health using an app on pc or mac called iMazing. (screenshot is from iMazing)As far as cosmetic damage my iPad is in mint condition, again it looks barely used. Be sure to make a checklist for yourself when inspecting a used device. Battery ? Storage ? Gestures (touch screen response) Camera ? Cosmetic.Beyond happy to have “risked” going with a refurbished device from Amazon/seller !would totally recommend to anyone questioning it ! be sure to also check who the seller is, and the reviews from the sellers storefront !
