The condition of the item is almost perfect! (it is basically new)
I was worried about the renewed product, but the condition of the received item is like new. There is only one small scratch on one corner, but nothing else. No scratch on the screen and front side. I am really happy with this purchase.

BATTERY SCAM
Charging port never connected correctly and battery will drain fast and not last, had to get it replaced within a year. I found out when I replaced it that the seller replaced the battery previously with an extreme cheep battery. And now my apple pencil doesn’t connect to the Ipad. this has been a problem many people say about the seller! Be Aware and be ready for repairs within 5 months!

The device arrived perfect, it works perfect, I checked with apple and itâs original but not under warranty (that was knower).I made the 4 years warranty in amazon hopping not to be used.The only pro is the charger. I got a 5w Iâm not using since it is not efficient, I bought a new charger with 4 ports and 60w (like the Mac Pro Charger) and itâs good.

Se supone que por ser equipo delicado y de alto precio se debe de recibir mediante una firma y avisar antes de dejarlo !!!!! El repartidor lo aventó literalmente por encima de la puerta !!!!!!! Al llegar a mi casa lo encuentro en el suelo !!!!!!! Afortunadamente venÃa bien empacado !!!!! Lo estoy revisando para ver si no tiene algún defecto !!!!!!!! Por cosas pequeñas y de bajo valor me han buscado para entregarla !!!!!!!! Se me hace una falta grave y deberÃan de correr a este repartidor!!!!!!!!
