I purchased this MacBook Pro, and I could not be happier! The laptop was in pristine condition. The only issue was the charger would not keep charging, kept turning off and on, but I reached out to the seller, and they replaced it immediately. charger beeps, this is annoying, software issues, had to go to apple to get this fixed. amazon reached out to them about a charger, they never responded and prefer you return the entire system just because of a charger

May want to ask about GPU cores
Firstly, the MacBook I ordered was the excellent condition one, and I have to say.. it came like a brand new Mac. So huge points there and lots of stress relieved. Iâve never owned or used a MacBook before, but between speakers and the screen, Iâm super impressed. I have a couple OLED screens at home, and this thing just looks beautiful and CRISP.Now for my complaintI was unaware there were 2 versions of the M1 Max.. one with 32 core GPU and other with 24 core GPU. This is NOT something specified in the description and Iâm not a happy camper that mine is a 24 core. Iâm seriously debating keeping or returning it based off that alone. I used affirm to purchase it, and for what Iâm paying with interest, would be the cost of an M2 Max version. First Iâm going to test it with Final Cut Pro and see if there are any lags or hiccups within editing. La verdad tenia mis dudas sobre si comprar la M3 pro o la M1 Max, al final por el precio y las prestaciones decidà irme por esta opción y creo que tome LA MEJOR DECISIÃNLa estética de la computadora es casi impecable yo le daria un 9, solo tenÃa un tallon en una de las esquinas traseras y el trackpad tiene marcas de uso pero nada que afecte su desempeño (funciona perfecto) por otra parte la baterÃa está a un 98% y tiene 104 ciclos de carga, también me llego un modelo con 64 gb de RAM (mucho mas ram del que decia que tenia) algo que para las tareas que voy a desempeñar me queda como anillo al dedo.Lo único que les recomiendo es compren los accesorios originales ya que tanto el cable como el cargador son genéricos y en mi caso tenÃan un corto cuando cargaba la mac, la llevé a un apple store para que le hicieran un diagnóstico y descartar que fuera el puerto o el equipo el que ocasionaba el corto, afortunadamente solo eran los accesorios.

Necesitaba una computadora que aguantara la exigencia de edición de fotografÃa, videos de resolución 4K y trabajo de oficina y estaba preocupado por comprar un equipo reacondicionado sin embargo supero mis expectativas, la computadora llego bien cuidada y sin ningún rayón. El único punto negativo (en mi caso) es que si buscas facturar el equipo de computo procura comprarlo en una tienda en México, yo lo compre en Amazon EEUU y ya no pude solicitar facturación.

La recibà 2 dias antes de la fecha normal. Su calidad diseño es excelente. Me llego con 100% de capacidad de baterÃa, no pensé que fuera a llegar tan intacta. Estética de 10, bocinas excelentes, suenan increÃble, bien empaquetada y actualizada a Ventura OS. Viene prácticamente nueva! El único inconveniente es que viene con teclado de USA, no trae la letra enie. Ja, aun no la configuro.Ahora, yo me dedico a la industria audiovisual, justamente la compre para edición de video, mezcla de audio, edición de foto y un poco de diseño. Voy a actualizar la reseña una vez instale el software y empiece a trabajar. Por ahora, todo es felicidad y satisfacción con la compra!

En esta ocasión tengo observaciones:Cargador: No es el original y no carga correctamente, pude validar con un cargador original que tengo de macbook pro anterior y carga rápido y de manera correcta sin ningún problema.Presentación: No viene en su caja original de refurbished sino que es a través de RefurbConnect.Uso: La realidad es que me tocó una Macbook Pro que se nota tuvo bastante uso.BaterÃa: 215 ciclos de carga, definitivamente es usada.Rendimiento: Excelente, es una M1 Max con una velocidad muy notable de compresión de video comparado con una Macbook Pro M1.Teclado: Es en inglés, siempre busqué que el teclado fuera en inglés porque puedo usarlo para varios idiomas configurado correctamente.Luego de haber dicho mis observaciones, puedo decir que estoy satisfecho con la compra y la macbook es 100% funcional. La relación valor/precio valió la pena definitivamente, no me arrepiento.No coloco 5 estrellas sólo porque el cargador no es el original, no vino de apple refurbished y es usada.Cuestión de suerte, es mi segunda compra refurbished. Mi primera compra refurbished fue una expereincia 100% como nueva.
