Great Product, Good Price, & Excellent Customer Service
These cameras are a great buy. Easy setup and connection, with an App to utilize and get the most out of cameras features. I am able to check on my children while in another room and speak to them with their two way mic and speaker feature. Also, I’m able to check who’s at my front door in real life timing, with their motion sensor notification feature. Day or night video quality is clear and you can check all areas of the room with the rotating up down left to right capability. Record 24/7 with the optional SD-memory card slot to go back and view anytime. What’s there not to love about these cameras¿ And the one time I did encounter a problem, I contacted customer service and connected with a representative who did everything in her power to resolve the issue and make it right., which she did and I am a 100% satisfied customer.

Great Camera – Easy set-up and install
My first observation was for a camera with the listed technical specifications, it was a great value for the money. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructions easy to read and follow (not tiny and difficult to read and follow). I was also pleased to find a USB power cord that was long enough for most installations. The overall set-up process was easy and uneventful.Pairing the Cinnado D1 camera to an existing Wansview Cloud account was simple and easy. Follow the instruction and in under 5 minutes the camera is connected and visible in the Wansview Cloud app.The picture quality for daytime use is excellent; the 2k resolution is satisfactory for indoor use. I was impressed with the night vision; it was sharp and clear. I don’t use the two-way audio, so I don’t have any comment about it. I use the 24/7 video recording function, and it works as it should. The motion sensor works; there is some latency in the tracking, as with most security cameras.I have installed a number of the Cinnado D1 cameras with installations in New York and Florida. The size of the D1 camera is compact and quite desirable; it is small, unobtrusive and easy to install. The Wansview Cloud app works fine. Since I monitor cameras from various manufacturers, I use Blue Iris for monitoring the various model cameras. The D1 camera within Blue Iris is easy to monitor and record using the available 24/7 live-stream video.The best part of my Cinnado experience was the Customer Service. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND PERSISTANT! I sent several e-Mails with my issues. Each time I received a response overnight; the response was always complete and thorough.They also were persistent with their follow-up e-Mails to ensure that my issues were satisfactorily resolved. My technical issues dealt with the streaming video settings for Blue Iris. Their information was complete and accurate. THANK YOU FIONA, FOR YOUR HELP AND PERSISTANCE! This is the way GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

Great product and customer service
I needed a pet cam to keep an eye on my severely anxious pup while I was at work. The app works great and is easy to navigate. Easy to set up. Had the camera for a few months and loved it so much, decided to get a second one. The second one had issues connecting but their customer support team is top notch. When nothing worked to get the camera on, they didn’t hesitate replacing it at no cost. Arrived quickly and replacement has been working flawlessly for a few weeks now. Clear day and night video. Motion detection works great. Not sure how clear audio is when you talk through it, but sound is pretty clear for video audio. Love the 360 view. Would recommend this brand over and over again.

I bought this item to keep an eye on my cats whilst I was away for a week. It worked really very well, it was good at tracking their movements, I just wanted to make sure they were eating and drinking enough to put my mind at rest. They are a year and a half old youngsters from a feral mom, they don’t like strange people near them and I didn’t want to put them under any undue stress with a sitter, so this solution worked perfectly.This camera has an interactive microphone and speaker, (what a fun idea) my cats were most disconcerted with the disembodied voices 😊 The picture is clear and quite crisp in colour during the daytime and the infrared at night is very good. I was so impressed with it, that I bought another camera to go upstairs, I enjoy being able to see them playing or happily sleeping on the bed.Warning! I unfortunately attached the second camera to a plug-in multi-USB wall charger and not the one it came with ( I don’t know why I did this, ho hum) and the camera stopped working an hour after I left for the airport (aarrgghh), it works perfectly fine with the charger it came with now though, so don’t make the same mistake as I did!Definitely recommend this camera, good quality and its easy to set up, the software is nicely laid out and no programming skills are needed for using it lol

Diese Kamera macht genau was sie soll und wozu sie angeschafft worden worden ist. Das anschliessen ist kinderleicht, positionieren und das einbinden in die App geht innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten. Die Bildqualität der Überwachung ist einwandfrei und das umschalten in den Nachtmodus sieht man in dem Video. Auch im Dunkeln kann man alles gut erkennen. Der Bewegungsmelder funktioniert im hellen sowie im Dunkeln und meldet wenn jemand durch das Bild geht oder sich etwas bewegt, die Intensität kann eingestellt werden, damit es nicht schon bei Lichteinfall einen Alarm gibt. Jeder Alarm zeichnet ein kurzes Video auf, was für eine gewisse Zeit zu Verfügung steht. Mikro und Lautsprecher reichen vollkommen aus. Der Wendekreis, plus hoch/ runter Navigation funktioniert auch tadellos. Auch die Mitnahme in das Ferienhaus, einbinden in das WLAN um das Hundeverhalten zu überwachen funktionierte wie erhofft. Fazit: eine preiswerte Kamera mit guten Features, einfaches einbinden, selbsterklärend App, gute Alarmfunktion. Man kann hier nicht viel Falsch machen.
