Works great on Smart life app
I have had these and keep buying them…I hear a lot of “can’t connect” and “can’t connect to alex”.I learned early on to use the smart life app. I have no trouble connecting the app to Alexa. I also use the socket other option, when setting up. It takes a couple tries, but get it to connect. Best to find a plug within sight of your router or WiFi station -make sure that your phone on the 2.4 network. DOES NOT WORK ON THE 5 frequently. Also works best if you make sure the light is blinking when setting it up. (If not blinking hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds) should start blinking the run the setup.

Easy setup! Really.
Easy to set up, worked flawlessly. I originally punched three, put them in service, happy with the results. After three weeks, one wifi outlet simply stopped working. The power indicator would not light up, even when tested in a known-good outlet. I returned it and purchased two more. The app’ is intuitive, making installation and operation easy. Do not be afraid to try these for fear of setup hassles. It truly is easy! …Three months on and I am in the process of returning a second unit. It simply stopped working, just like the first one mentioned above. I have four units (of which only two are in use currently), and I am at a return rate of 50%!!! Not real excited about this. It is an easy item to set up and use, which evidently stops working with no notice. It ‘burns out’? The power indicator is no longer working, and when I try to use the outlet, Alexa simply informs me that ‘bedroom light’ is not working. If I purchase additional WiFi smart outlets, I will be looking at another brand and carefully reading a lot of feedback.

Nice design and works with the Smart Life app
I bought a pair of these Jinvoo Smart Plugs to replace 2 mechanical timers that have been in use for some years now. What initially drew my attention to these was that I liked the design of the plug and the fact that the override on/off switch was positioned on the front of the plug instead of the side. For me, having used a number of smart outdoor switched receptacles, I believed it would be much easier to see and reach the switch, if needed, if it were positioned on the face of the plug. I was correct. Another important requirement was that the plug work with the Smart Life app which these plugs do. This app has worked extremely well for me over the past two years and I didn’t want another app to deal with. I did have an issue with one of plugs, so I contacted the seller for assistance. I was impressed with the help provided and their response was very quick, if fact, much quicker than I have experienced with other sellers in the past. Bottom line, I’m pleased with these smart plugs and will purchase again if needed.

Easy to use
They work really well and they’re super easy to set up if you have a 2.4 hz wifi already set up. I had to go online and set up the separate wifi channel and now have to keep two separate channels, which is a bit annoying. But otherwise they work really well. I got one for my mom and she loves having the light already on when she comes home from work. The app is pretty good too, it could be a lot worse.

Jinvoo app no longer available making these plugs unusable.
You can no longer download the app so you can’t setup the plugs to use them with Alexa or Google home. They should not be for sale.

The seller was super nice to reach out and help me rectify my issue. So I will give them 5 stars for that. The product itself is good, only one of the plugs work for me (I probably got a faulty one) but they were quick to offer a kind exchange/refund which I appreciated. Regardless to that, the plug has a seamless connection and works perfectly.

I love these plugs!
I already have a few Jinvoo smart plugs & they are the best! I was a little confused when I got this package & saw it said USEELINK on the plugs (instead of Jinvoo like the other ones I already have & like in the pictures listed for this product..) but it said Jinvoo on the box. I already have the Jinvoo app set up & connected to my Alexa so I wasn’t going to download any new ones. I figured I’d try these first to see if I could use Jinvoo app & I can! I just got the package today & all 4 plugs are set up! It’s SO easy to setup, which is why I refuse to try any others. These plugs are also great the way they’re set up sideways so you still have access to the other plug in the outlet. I would definitely recommend these, as I have a bunch in my house now & I have no complaints whatsoever about them 🙂

Can’t link to Alexa. All I get is a black screen a message saying no value…So I have uo use the jinvoo app to turn plug on/off.
