Easy snack or detox quantity
I bought these to eat for detox reasons. I ate a tablespoon a day. Tastes good and helped me feel better. Husband just wanted a snack and enjoyed his tablespoon every once in a while. He said taste was fine, heâd get it again. I agree. Quality was good, stayed fresh for the month it took me to finish it and value was comparable to anything else.

Very good pumpkin seeds
The taste of the pumpkin seeds are delicious. I have subscribed to get more. When packing the box with other items the pumpkin seeds were packed under two boxes of dog food. I had maybe half left in the bag of pumpkin seeds. The other seeds were in the bottom of the box. I didn’t complain. Not sure who’s fault.
