Amazing Value
Wanted a stand alone unit that I could exclusively use for Coaching Pickleball Students. The product works as advertised and is very intuitive in terms of using it. With 30 minutes I recorded with gret picture and sound and was able to playback on my Lap Top and my smart TV as well as download each Student to there separate Thumb drive.Every feature works, the picture and sound are very good and the wide angle allows full coverage of 4 players on a court without panning back and forth. Lastly , the waterproof case works . I’m not doing underwater stunts but I dropped it in my pool and after a half an hour it came out dry as a bone. I actually like the waterproof case because it serves perfectly as a protective case for the entire unit.If you think you can get the same unit cheaper, factor in accessories and the SD card. You’ll find you can’t. Best buy in Budget Action Camera category on Amazon .

I love how easy it is to use. I brought it for my 8 year old and he loves it so much. He does videos under water and videos on his go kart and the image and quality of the videos are great!! I love the accessories it came with and the price!!

Good quality picture… When/if it captures anything.
I was really excited and hopeful when this first showed up, felt solid, picture quality was pretty great, it was easy to set up, had lots of mounting options and a great case and I really loved it at first….. Until I used it.Battery life : Great for short instances, awful for a helmet cam on motorcycle rides which was my intended purpose.Video save issues : CONSTANT. This thing fails to record or stops recording more often than it actually works, it doesn’t always save even if it’s recording and you can see it recording. Which has resulted in missing video footage I was really excited for.The good : it really does shoot good quality, stable, impressive video WHEN IT WORKS.It was really easy to set upIt came with two batteries (I see why now)The mounts and case are really solid, though the case does sometimes miss the mark on hitting the buttons on the camera appropriately.Overall build quality is pretty great.Moral of the story, you get what you pay for I reckon. There’s a reason it’s 1/3 or 1/4th the price of a GoPro, if you want something really simple for short videos that do come out good quality with solid audio, this could be for you. But for a helmet cam with the intention of being a dashcam, it’s horrifically bad.Update: after three months or so, it’s dead. Neither battery will power it on, does nothing when plugged in, doesn’t turn on, make noise, nothing. Just completely inanimate. Go with something better please.

TLDR: get it if you just want an action camera that works and you don’t want to worry about ruining it. It’s worth the 40 I paid but not a penny more.EDIT: It worked great as a webcam and microphone for a zoom meeting with 15 people in one room and 15 others remote… Also, the smartphone app is garbage if you need smartphone connection reliability get something else. –adding a con… The thing heats up like crazy if you are using high settings.Edit2:removed stars for bad accessories and image quality.Pro:-Cheap (with discounts and “rebates” I paid like 40usd)-Decent selection of accessory included (though the waterproof case has bad button alignment. Making it nearly impossible to start and stop videos)-Good image in daylight-User interface is workable and can use buttons instead of touch screen-Appears to not be pulling any shenanigans to achieve 4k 60fCons:-Auto Low light mode disables EIS (and vise versa)-some other modes exclude certain settings-heat-bad waterproof caseAdequate:-quality of accessory (barely adequate)-some modes exclude certain settings (to be expected in most lower end devices)-image quality (its fine to meh, nothing special)-EIS can look a little rubbery in most situationsHead scratching:-Item listing has a picture that states the camera is waterproof up to 10m without a case on it. But there is no door or cover to the sdcard slot or for the usb and hdmi ports… ?? I am certainly not going to test that… or risk corrosion on the ports The included standard plexi case will do just fine I’m sure.-Listing also says 16MP photos but software also lists 20MP as an option (that’s good I guess but not inspiring.
