OBS Studio Setup
1. Open OBS, create a new source under Sources by clicking “+”, select “Video Capture Device”, name it, then set:
Device: USB3.0 Video
Audio Output Mode: Capture Mode Only; Use custom audio device: Digital Audio Interface (USB 3.0 Audio)
2. In OBS settings → Audio:
Disable all Global Audio Settings except Mic/Auxiliary Audio; Set Mic/Auxiliary Audio to Digital Audio Interface (USB 3.0 Audio)
3. Under the Audio tab:
Right-click Mic/Auxiliary Audio → Advanced Audio Properties → Set Audio Monitoring to “Monitor Only (Mute Output)”
4. In PC settings → System → Sound:
Set Input to Laptop Microphone;
All Sound Devices → Input Devices → Digital Audio Interface. Ensure it is NOT set to default.
All Sound Devices → Input Devices → Laptop Microphone. Ensure it IS set to default.
5. In Discord:
If prompted to switch audio device, choose “don’t switch”
User Settings > Voice & Video > Input > Laptop Microphone.
User Settings > Voice & Video > Output > Laptop Speakers.

è¯è®ºå 容ï¼This is my first video capture card. The main reason why I got this capture card was because I needed a way to record my NVR screen. Up til now, I have been using my cell phone camera to record events on my NVR display monitor. – Very inconvenient. After reading up on video capture cards, all data I read said they had the capability to do this (was never aware of this).So, I hooked up this capture card to my NVR, and also used the loop out connection to still see video on my NVR display monitor. I then used OBS software under Windows and configured the video capture card. OBS properly displayed the NVR video streams. There was no lag between the video onthe NVR versus the video stream in the OBS view. Worked perfect for me. Now, I can view and record the NVR video stream right from my Windows/OBS software. This is exactly what I needed, including audio and voice annotations.With OBS/Windows, you dont need any extra software/drivers. It’s all built into the Windows OS.I don’t do any fancy video or live streams, thus I cannot say how well it works for those areas. But for all I need to do, it has worked perfect for me. I wish I knew about this before.Overall, I am happy with the product. Does what I need it to do.

Good for a Budget
I think if you are starting a YouTube channel or a streaming career, this is a great budget capture card. The only issue I have with the capture card is the minor delay and the image doesn’t look amazing if a lot is happening on the screen, but for the price that it is at, I can’t complain too much.

Easy setup, Decent performance
I’ve seen mixed reviews on these capture cards in the past. I can’t speak on the performance on 4K, but I can confirm on a 1080p screen that everything works as intended without any issues. I have connected this card to a Nintendo Switch OEM Dock via USB and was able to display perfectly at full fps on my PC via a media player as my source. It also works flawlessly with OBS with those looking to stream. This card does not produce sound via HDMI though, but features an audio jack so be sure to get an aux cable to run sound from the card to your audio output of choice (I run an aux cable from the card itself to my sound system)

No HDMI signal
Iâve spent the last two hours or so attempting to make this work. But nothing is working. I followed the instructions within the booklet perfectly and even looked up online some troubleshooting options. But OBS only displays a blank screen while my monitor informs me that there is no HDMI signal coming from the capture card. Even though my computer recognizes the device, nothing is working.

Itâs a video capture card, but the HDMI 4K passthough does not work. A 4K HDR signal is not passed as it is.
