I used these to get my regimen started to jump start my sluggish metabolism. It was easy to take but had to take it twice a day. I found another product that covers all the bases with the mg I needed that does the trick. All in all they were fine I just kept forgetting to take them twice a day.

I am using this product for over two months now and I really was skeptical at first but slowly and surely I started to have better energy to complete daily tasks through out the day. I noticed something nice too that I wasn’t expecting from the use of this product; my fine wrinkles under my eyes and around my mouth disappeared but I like to mention that they weren’t deep or noticeable to begin with. I could see them when I get really close to the mirror but not anymore. I’m not advocating this product as skin supplement but I really feel different the foggy brain is no longer a problem to me I’m more active and I’m loving it.
