How to use the battery correctly to ensure lasting longer battery life:
1.Before purchase our Replacement Laptop battery, please confirm your MacBook model match this battery. Click the Logo on the upper left corner of the MacBook screen–About this Mac–More info–Serial number–Check your laptop’s version on Apple’s official website or Google the serial number.
2.To prevent safety issues from transportation ,all battery out off factory are charged 40-50%,(you can check from laptop Battery indicator icon). For initial using of the battery, please discharge it to 5%(not to 0%) and then charge to 100%, and cycle 3-4 times to activate the battery’s maximum capacity.
3.In daily using, please recharge immediately when battery reduced to 15% level. Or it will shorten the battery life and cause damages to the battery.
4.If the battery do not use for a long time, better to charge the battery to a minimum 50% electricity. Otherwise,it will cause unable to charge again.
5.To maintain the best battery state,replacement battery needs to be fully discharge to 15% and recharge to 100% each 2 month.
6.Do not disassemble, crush or puncture. Do not dispose the battery in fire or water.
7.Do not unplug the battery during charging ,better to turn off the Mackbook when recharge the battery. Don’t connect adapter for a long time while using the battery. It may damage the battery.

This worked on my Mid 2012 Mac Air
The battery on old Mid 2012 Mac Air was done. I could get maybe 15-20 min on a full charge:) I received the battery replacement today around 3pm and had the new battery installed and working in about 25minutes. I fired up the computer and the battery showed a 60% charge, I’m currently running the battery down to shutdown as per the instructions. Then a full recharge this evening. The battery is around 23%, I’ve been running videos which should eat up the charge.I will do a followup review after extensive use.

Mission accomplished… And then failed…
***Update*** Less than 48 hours and the battery won’t charge. Currenly showing 7% and plugged in. Like most recent reviews, I guess this is junk. DON’T BUY!Battery swap complete and my laptop is alive again. Zero complaints… But there aren’t any directions so here ya go: This was for my HP Pavilion, 15z-aw000.1. Remove 4 small screws on lower front side.2. Remove 2 larger (keep separate) lower, back corner screws.3. Remove 2 smaller lower side screws.4. You may or may not have a lower center screw. Remove this in order to remove the cd drive. Mine actually did NOT have one here, but it seems like maybe it’s missing?5. There is a hidden screw under the center of the rubber anti slide strip, located on the lower, back side. Carefully peel the strip back from one side to gain access to the screw. (See pic).6. Carefully separate the lower silver-grey cover from the computer panel. I did this with a tiny flat blade screwdriver to get between the keyboard panel and the edge of the lower trim. Work around the perimeter until it is separated maybe 1/8″ of an inch (a few mm).7. At this point if you have a cd drive you should be able to Carefully pull it straight out.8. Now the lower cover can be removed exposing the battery.9. Remove 3 black screws for battery (keep separate)10. Gently unplug the battery wire connection.11. Reverse installation with new battery.Cheers!
