Turn them backward for side sleep urinary incontenence
I think I read another review where someone mentioned this use of reverse placement. I still use an additional liner in the middle. Some people state they wish there was adhesive, but sometimes I am able to remove this product and the disposable underwear is still dry. Handy during the night to do so. These are not flow through. they are very absorbent and yes they are large, but we needed that not because of a large person, but because the width helps with the side sleeper leakage issue. Hate for someone to be wet, but better than the clothes, sheets and bed pads soaked as well, that makes the cost worth it to me.

Too big
They were too big so I had to throw them out put the product was very well packaged and the quality was very nice

Sami pads for incontenance
They has no tapes to hold the large brief type in against body of patient. Received refund . Does not work well.

I have found these useful, no tape needed to secure them
These pads are nice and large. They would work for anal or bladder leakage. They donât have adhesive strips to hold them to your underwear, but I have had no problems with them slipping out of position. I have not had a major accident while wearing one so I canât speak to overall absorbency.

Really are huge
My shipment just arrived today. I should have believed the other reviewers who stated that these were large. Actually, they look like an adult diaper without the side flaps and adhesives.. they really are huge! Still to tell if they work as described.

Yikes!
I think these are made for giant people! I cannot speak as to how well they work, and how absorbent they are, because I cannot wear them. I thought they were going to be much smaller, but they are gigantic. It was a waste of money for me and hoping I can donate them. Iâve gone back to my regular adult underwear for urinary incontinence, even though thatâs not what I need them for. Much prefer Always (1st choice), Depends, Or even some generic brands that come in sizes.

These work great!
I’m a retired RN caring for my 87 year old husband who can’t always make it to the toilet on time. I’ve tried all sorts of diapers, disposable pants, etc. This is the only product that contains even liquid stools! We just completed a 5 hour car trip and it was great not having to pad his seat and cross fingers hoping we wouldn’t have a mess to worry about along the way. This is the only product I’ve found made specifically for fecal incontinence, and believe me, I’ve looked!

Saved My Sanity!
When my husband (who is bedridden due to a stroke) has diarrhea, keeping the mess contained has been impossible (and driving me insane) and sometimes he has to be changed 18 times a day. So I decided to try these and am very pleased with how they work. Almost all the mess gets absorbed and stays inside these, unlike his briefs/diapers, and what escapes gets caught in his brief/diaper, instead of me having to change multiple pads and changing/laundering sheets. So I credit this product with single-handedly saving my sanity. Thanks very much!

Feedback given me. They didn’t work for the intended purpose. User has occasionally diarrhea / loose motion and limited mobility so they felt the special pads would be useful. Unfortunately they weren’t. Told not to purchase again, plus the price is so much higher for a poor performance.
