    Excellent Book to Improve your wellbeing
    This book is well organized and agreeable to read and also with helpful information. Other books I found on the subject use only exotic plants that we cannot easily find. On the contrary, many described plants are common in the market, making the book more valuable.The light medical information can help better understand the plant’s usefulness.The recipes can give us ideas to test new combinations.

    Nice guide for herbal relief
    This wonderfully illustrated book contains benefits and many varieties of herbs and spices. Recipes are included at the end as well as many mindful meditation practices. Great information on the body’s glands and how to enhance one’s health benefits.

    Good but could have more information on each adaptogen
    I like the book. It was good information and a great reference resource but it wasn’t extremely detailed. I felt like each adaptogen could have been covered more in-depth. I liked all the recipes but found this book to be recipe heavy. Would have liked more information on the adaptogens than having half the book be recipes.

    This is not an e-book
    This digital collection of graphics is both unpleasant to physically read and very nicely formatted—for hard copy. Like looking at pictures that don’t fit on the screen if magnified enough to read. Could be great info and recipes on paper, but I’ll never know from this format.

    Loved this book!
    Now i know that i did not know anything about these herbs and spices. It was an easy read and well worth the money for this eBook. Very informative indeed and loved the recipes. I will be trying out the salads next week!

    Nice book, nice information, some flaws
    The first part of the book is an introduction to the concept of the ways herbs can be used for promoting alterative healing. The second part includes dozens of recipes which are really interesting. Be aware the author make no claim about having a medical background. The formatting is a bit goofy on an eReader. You can’t do the usual eReader font and page adjustments. But it’s still nice to look at, and functional. Just read it on a big screen.

    Love the recipes!
    I liked the information about Adaptogens, but I’m already using some of those. I did learn about some new ones, like Shilajit and Chaga. Absolutely loved the recipes! The Ashwagandha Banana Pancakes are the best and my kids love them as well. Good value for money.

    I have only read the book, but already have experience with supplementation with superfoods/Adaptogens like Rhodiola (anti stress) and Ashwagandha. Never did understand how they worked, but they do! I’ll try out other herbal remedies mentioned as well now.Maybe somewhat more of a ‘beginner’ book. The book is an easy read, with a lot of pictures. Can’t wait to try out the recipes! Recommended!
