They work!!!
I have a busy life and the energy drinks are not good for me. I took a half of dropper of the vitamin B and I was good for a 12 hrs shift. No coffee or Red bull. I will be buying more

I tried another brand and had to throw it away because it did not taste like raspberry. This brand is the best tasting vitamin I’ve found…I will never try another!

Effective but unpleasant taste
I prefer B vitamins in liquid form for fast and high absorption. I like that this supplement has not just B12 but includes other B vitamins like Biotin. I have more energy and focus after taking it. However the taste is unpleasant and the consistency is somewhat thin and can drip. This is not my favorite liquid B vitamins due to the flavor.

I drink black coffee and I can not taste it. However, I highly recommend drinking more than enough water as I notice my urine is more concentrated.

An Important Vitamin for Energy and Health
I have blood work done more than a lot of people due to some chronic health conditions. At my last donation to the blood vampires, I was surprised when my doctor told me that my B levels had fallen. Nothing to be alarmed about but he suggested I take a vitamin B supplement. I don’t have anything against pills, but I like the idea of these liquid drops. Two drops daily, store in the refrigerator once you open it, and use it within a month (this bottle has a 30-day supply). I’ve been adding it to my morning coffee(I canât taste it at all), and I’m hopeful that this delivery method means my body will absorb more. I haven’t noticed any difference in my energy levels yet, but I’ve only been using it for seven days. I am hopeful that the next time I have blood work done, it shows improvement.

Also, Vitamin B complex may prevent infections and help promote cell health and growth of blood cells.Serving size is 2 droppers (2ml) a day, 30 servings per container.We need to shake the bottle before use. Can be blended in water, smoothie, coffee or any other beverage. Vitamins B are water soluble and we can take them at any time of the day, with or without food.We need to store the bottle in the fridge after opening and use the product in a month.I am a fan of B Complex vitamins and I will continue taking them. So far a noticed an improvement in my energy levels due to vitamin B12.
