Game changer
After seeing a few YouTube videos, I ordered these to slap on my Neptune 4 Max, as the giant bed is known to give you some leveling issues. They completely replace the bed screw springs. Not a difficult installation, maybe 15 minutes, and in several months since then, Iâve leveled my bed twice. A hundred or so hours of printing. THE best upgrade for the money. Do it!

Used these bushings to replace the coil spring OEM leveling springs on my Elegoo Neptune 4 Max Printer.Dampened vibrations in the bed and reduced the need to frequently relieve.It is the little things that make the difference.

These worked well to replace the bed springs on my Neptune Max 4. The bed isn’t as level as I like–not because of these, but because the frame is off. I’ll print some spacers to make these fit more evenly across the bed.

I removed the metal springs on the bed leveling assembly and replaced them with these. Be sure to center the rubber spacers in the cutouts in the heating pad, otherwise it’ll sit funny.They’ve reduced vibration a bit but have eliminated bed-level shift during printing, which was the goal.

Despues de un tiempo usandolas creo que quedan mucho mejor que con los resorte (tanto los originales como los planos que usaban hace algunos años como mejora). para las impresoras que aun no tienen ajuste automático talves sera necesario agrager algún tope en algunas de las esquinas para darle un poco mas de altura y asi presione mejor la tuerca de ajuste

These worked great! Put them on my neptune 4 plus. Despite what you may find online, these do fit all 6 nuts if you choose to put it on all 6, just install them by first putting them directly into the holes on the under side of your heatbed, which also would have been good to know before my first got at it. definitely a noticeable difference with leveling and maintaining level.

The Neptune 3 does auto bed levelling, which is generally just fine. After changing hot ends, or other mods, found that wasn’t good enough. (Another friend also mentioned that if using ABS constantly, or higher temp materials, the plastic spacers can deform)Unlike enders, there are no adjustment knobs for the build plate, and there are 16 spacers.Used a ratcheting screw driver to put them all in and tighten to very approximately “even”.Printed a mount for a cheap dial indicator, and began running it over the installed spots, getting changes down to as little as possible.The one issue one may run into, is the back left spacer, there’s a strain relief built into it and it’s not the same as the other spacers. This was my initial problem too, that spacer seemed taller than the rest.I chose to simply sand it a bit, until matched everything else, though you could theoretically print one to go around the silicone spacer.All in all, very happy with result, and will eventually install on my other machine.

Omg I wasted time with different springs and stuff when I should have got these sooner. This is hands down the best investment I’ve made for my ender 3v2. I’ve printed about 10 times since installing and perfectly level everytime.
