This is my 2nd child so I already knew that I had to try something else other than what the hospital provides. This is such an amazing solution. You don’t have to worry about any possibility of leaking with these. In the 1st week or so when lochia is heavier and you are so tired and busy that is the last thing you want to be worrying about. During the 1st week I was adding the pads the hospital provided to te panties for extra absorption. You really do not need to. The reason I did this was so I did not have to change the panties frequently during the day. I could just switch out the pad and if the pad overflowed then change into clean panties and pad. But at least if your pad leaks it’s not getting on clothing as it typically would. Any mess absolutely just stays on the inside of these panties and won’t leak out. I was able to make my pack last longer by doing this. They are noticeable under pants. I really only wanted to wear leggings but even with jeans or looser leggings you will have a diaper butt. Luckily since you are not leaving the house much it’s not a big issue, but just a warning that you may want to make sure you have tops that cover your bum lol. Once the bleeding lightens you can switch to regular pads and panties which are of course much more thin and discrete. I am 5’3″ and was 170ish after birth so the large was nice and fit perfect. Once more swelling and as my weight dropped more I switched to the Medium. I am seriously so glad I found these. The trauma of Postpartum life was so much easier than my first go. I reccomend this to seriously every mom and woman who needs once less thing to worry about!!

Purchased for post-partum. Glad I sized up as I donât think itâll fit me if I went with the size guide. Itâs comfortable although it can be hot. It fits me well, didnât leak, stretchable and overall worked well. Iâm glad I have a choice to be a little bit more normal than using the regular adult diaper. Love the color and tiny design as well.

Love them for Postpartum
I got these per a friend’s recommendation. I love them! The cloth undies and giant pad from the hospital were so bulky and the panties didn’t really hold the bulky pads very well. When I got home from the hospital, I switched to these and it was fantastic. They were great for around the house in my sweats or maxi dress and to wear to bed. They are very absorbent but I didn’t feel dirty. I did change them every time I went to the restroom. They are soft and didn’t irritate at all. Overall, i would recommend these to any women who just gave birth.I did not like them when I wore jeans or leggings because taking off tight pants to change my diaper is rather annoying (especially in a public bathroom). They also gave me a horrible diaper butt in my leggings and sweats (It didn’t bother me but I know some people don’t like that).I only used them for the first week and a half (while bleeding was heaviest) before I was able to use a regular pad.

When I first found out I was pregnant, my friend HIGHLY suggested I added these to my hospital bag. She gave birth in Japan where they don’t provide you with any postnatal supplies. And I can’t even express how happy I am that I listened! They are comfortable and super leak proof. They also come up high enough to feel like they are kind of compressing and helping. Granny panty style but with a cute little bow haha! I love how I can wear them and not worry about a big pad shifting in the night or looking like I’m wearing a big pad under my pants. I don’t have to worry about making sure the pad is “just right”… ladies, you know what I mean. So if you are pregnant and looking for something other than the mesh panties the hospital provides, look no further! I’d add these to your hospital bag ASAP.

Not breathable – you will get itchy
I don’t know why I thought of buying these instead of a urinary pad. I ended up buying urinary pads afterward, because this product does not breathe and you will start getting extremely itchy. It is a very uncomfortable situation. There might be times where it would be good to have this product, but for me, I’ll use a urinary pad instead. I have never had total loss of bladder control where I could fully test out this product vs. a pad. I’ve just had minor leakage. So I can’t attest to which product would be more leak proof.

Got these for hospital bag after giving birth. Perfect as gentle on tummy (didnât rub my c section scar) and provided good protection. I went to roughly a size 16 when pregnant and the Large was a good fit

Read reviews so decided to stock up just in case. Iâm real glad I did, definitely one of the most comfortable thing to put on after a c-section delivery. Doesnât shift around, fits nicely above the surgical site, and itâs so soft it doesnât rub against the wound. Will be stocking these up for heavy period days and nights as well!
