Does the Job
I have a problem with urinary incontinence upon awakening from sleep. I put a pair of these on before bed and do not have to worry about wetting the bed upon getting up. The fact that they are black is a plus.

Little small I ordered size large, expected it to fit on larger side. Definitely has good protection though.They do have an odor not so pleasant, feel like paper. They do stretch out over the day. Feel ok next to skin. I might order the xl next time. Will see how they wear.

NO LEAKS
This is the best undergarment that I have tried and, I have tried many. After wearing for 10 hours because I was away from home, I experienced absolutely no embarrassing leaks, no spills over the sides, and no odor. The product is very comfortable and not binding in the leg area. I have tried other Always Discreet products, but finally I found the perfect one. This product performs better than advertised. The fit is also great. Just remember, all the products do not perform the same. I am highly recommending the Always Discreet BOUTIQUE line. I like the black and have reordered. Give this product a try and be shocked as I was.

Better Alternative to Pads
The Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence and Postpartum Underwear for Women is great! Each fits like regular underwear and with the padding already in place, it makes them very comfortable. While the incontinence pads are alright, I find that I have to adjust them after each trip to the restroom. This is not the case with this underwear and they work well especially when wearing pants. I highly recommend them!

Does not fit how described
I bought these for postpartum use. I was a size 16 prepregnancy. At 22 weeks Im wear regular size 18 jeans to accommodate my belly, but theyâre big around the groin & thigh. These briefs/diapers say they fit 16-20, but they cut into my groin like a size 12-14 would. Iâm scared to buy the XL because I feel like they wonât be much better
