I donât go out so Iâm not worried about them looking discreet. Love a product that serves its function. Comfortable, absorbent and fits me well. I weigh 140lbs after my delivery and the small fits me fine.

Short review in case you don’t want to read the whole thing: If you are buying these for a disabled child, They work great as a cheap daytime diaper, but I wouldn’t put them to bed in it.I have a 12 year old who is non-verbal and not potty trained – I have been using the Amazon Basics diapers on him during the day (I use goodnights at night because they are more absorbent). These diapers are great because they are so cheap in comparison to XL youth pull-ups.For somebody considering this for a larger disabled child here are the things to consider:These (size small) fit a little on the large side for my 12 year old – He is about 100 lbs.These don’t hold as much liquid as goodnights, but if you are changing your child regularly during the day, it usually isn’t a problem.These don’t hold poop as well as the alternative (the absorbent padding doesn’t go as high as other diapers) – This means that you need to change the diaper as soon as your child poops (while the poop is contained in the diaper, if it runs up your kid’s back, the moisture (and scent/grossness) can get out of the diaper and onto your kid’s pants).

I bought several 12-pack brands to try out and compare. As for price and leak proof these are my favorites:1. LivDry Overnight (great seams and leak proof but expensive)2. Amazon Basic Overnight (leak proof but thinner seams and can break)3. Silhouette (Overall great but low riders on the hips.)Didn’t Like:1. Depends (seams kept breakting but good coverage)2. Amazon Basic Day Use (weak seams, leaks all the time)3. Always (bad fit and leaked)

I have ordered so many different brands and sizes of adult briefs and pull on for my 88 yr old mother-in’Law. These are the best I have ever ordered. They are thick and very absorbent and they stretch. I will order these from now on. Oh and very soft everywhere.!No leakage and they are much more reasonable than all others.Previously ordered mckesson,fitright,depends and others. Amazon is the best!

leg opening too large
I ordered for my mom in size Small. They seem to be OK, adequate size. However, the leg opening is too big and can cause leakage. Especially for restless patients that move a lot. Also, there is no leg cuffs. You will need plastic diaper covers. I might even try a period underwear to be worn on top to keep it in place.
