GREAT for spectrum !!
Iâve had spectrum internet for multiple years & theres constant issues with having to reset the router that was given from spectrum. Spectrum has sent out multiple routers, and I kept having the same issue. So I said the hell with it & got the Eero !! As soon as I got the Eeuro set it up, which was very easy to do, everything has been flawless. The Internet hasnât dropped one time ( itâs been 3 months ) the speeds are insanely faster, I couldnât be happier with this purchase. If you have spectrum internet and your router keeps dropping or flashing red, I couldnât recommend this product enough

This review is based on first install impressions. In general, the install was easy. Adding mesh nodes where no problem even though one node failed to install on the first attempt. The performance is actually better than I expected. One node needs to go through several thick walls. The prior mesh router (Orbi) worked, but was a bit weaker. As a whole, I’m pretty satisfied.Two specific complaints: (1) The lack of printed or online instructions bothers me. I want to know what I’m going to be facing before I start. I understand not printing to avoid wasted paper, but an online reference would be appreciated. The online “help” reads more like a FAQ rather than user documentation. I get that this router is supposed to be an easy set and forget device, but I don’t like poking around the app to find out what features are available to me. I want a user document to show me what, why, and how features are used. (2) I don’t like needing to have a smart phone (Android or ios) to install this router. If I am mistaken and could have done this without a phone I blame the lack of instructions. Further, my attempts to use my existing Amazon login failed repeatedly. The app would take my OTP code, shut down, and ask me to login when I brought the app back up. I ended up using my phone# and email to log in. While this irritated me quite a bit, once the app let me log in, the rest of the install worked fine.
