Lovely quality, cost efficient, and effective!
As I am taking numerous supplements that might also impact my digestion, metabolism, anti-aging, and energy, etc, it is hard to analyze how impactful this specific supplement is but it seems very effective and promising (of course do your own research and ask a medical professional for their input for what’s best for you). With that said, due to the cost, 120 capsules (2 per serving), amount of Berberine (1200mg), and inclusion of the Ceylon Cinnamon, Bitter Melon, and Green Tea – this is such a fantastic and cost-competitive and ideal option, one of the best I’ve found on Amazon (genuinely so thrilled I discovered Ancient Bliss as a brand and I have had even more incredible results with their Liver Lover option that my lab results clearly showed as improving so if I had that occur I’d like to believe that this brand is doing something right and that their other products are of the same quality and effectiveness) and similarly, I would also highly recommend this as it seems worth the price and as a useful supplement

Works with speeding metabolism ð½ð©but causes stomach pains
So Iâve been using this for few months now. I go off an on with it just because sometimes the side effects cause stomach pains and loss of appetite. But usually after the stomach pains I catch myself running to the bathroom ð so itâs a win lose situation. I do just take two a day a few times a week and take breaks. Iâd rate 7.5/10 it does the job but it does come with side effects

The ingredients in this bottle are very beneficial for so many things. I always look for natural ingredients for both supplements and skincare products. This is one I am truly enjoying because I am noticing that it has helped me not crave sweets. I usually like to end my dinner with dessert but have noticed that after hitting 35+ my metabolism is not as fast and I started gaining weight. I am still considered average weight for my height but I notice weight gain. Probably cortisol has do with it but these supplements are helping me not to overeat nor crave sweets every time I eat. I couldn’t believe something could actually work for this.

Works better than I expected
I got out from Semaglutide and needed something to transit to a life without injection.I take 2 pills before breakfast and 2 pills before dinner. May be later I will reduce to 1pill twice a day.Very similar effect as on Semaglutide. I have no idea if it would work the same way if I havenât been on Semaglutide.

This supplement has a toxic chemical paint smell when opened
@ Ancient Bliss Ive had ordered this berberine supplement 5 times in the past so this is my six bottle that Ive ordered and I am giving it a one star for this new bottle of Berberine supplement that I recieved because as soon as I opened this new bottle it has a chemical paint smell it smells awful this is the first time this happens. And all the five times I’ve ordered this Berberine supplement in the past has always been good. I would please like a refund on this new bottle. I am Not going to digest a supplement with a toxic chenical paint smell that will be toxic to my health. Sorry to say but this will be my last time ordering from Ancient Bliss products something is wrong with this product something has changed its Not the same?? My advice to people if it doesn’t smell right to you don’t take it I’m going to have to find another Berberine product elsewhere.
