I purchased the Butterfly Pea Flower Powder as a natural colorant for soap-making. When I received the package it had a recipe for Blue Moon Milk. Intrigued, I made it for both my mother and myself. Wow! How did I not know about this?1 cup milk of your choosing (I like whole milk)1 tablespoon maple syrup, or to taste1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower powder1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamonI added 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamomYou can also addpinch freshly ground nutmegWarmed and froth it with a whisk, absolutely delicious. The taste reminded me of french toast and it did calm both my mother and myself to where we were sleepy not long afterward. Will be making this again!

made me run to the bathroom every time
this was my first time trying butterfly pea powder n i was rly surprised to find that it had a v mild flavor— which made it a perfect addition to other teas or lemonades ! it’s got a great color and i heard it’s also v good for u. i just have to say that every time i drank this tea, i had to sprint to the bathroom minutes after. i tried drinking this over a course of a week to give it the benefit of the doubt but without fail i had intense stomach issues afterwards. i was completely fine though. i think this might just be a me issue so def give it a try but i’ll prob b using this now for when i get constipated ig.

I use it in my smoothies but I don’t know if it’s had any major health benefits. It could. I don’t use it everyday. I use maybe twice a week. It is worth buying if you like matcha tea and nice flavour.

You really only need a small small to colour things! Even though this package is kind of small, I think it’ll last for a long time. It’s flavourless, but I don’t mind that.
