I had tried other collagen powders, but they didn’t make a difference and were expensive. A couple friends tried this one and started raving about it so I figured I would try it as well. This brand has exceeded my expectations so much so that I just signed up for monthly auto delivery. I use a scoop in my morning coffee and I don’t taste it at all. It also suppresses my appetite – which I didn’t expect. My knee no longer aches (after a month) and my skin (on my face and chest) don’t seem as dry as a couple months ago. Two months in and I recommend it 100%.

I’m almost done with my 3rd container/purchase of this collagen powder and it’s been nearly 4 months of daily use. I do 1 scoop every morning.I have tried some other brands and this is now my go-to. I don’t see any reason for me to look further for several reasons. 1) this one has collagen, protein, vitamin c, AND probiotics so I can eliminate extra pills I’d have to take in my day. 2) I use the unflavored and it is undetected when mixed with my morning protein drink. 3) it mixes VERY well. No clumps! 4) they have single packets available that i used for traveling!I mix with cold water (where other brands sometimes don’t mix smoothly and leave annoying clumps) and it mixes well. I add one scoop of collagen every morning to my protein powder and then mix in water with a little frother thing. It mixes perfectly for me (see my vid)In terms of the collagen results, I don’t expect this alone to make miracles. At my age (mid-40s) the expectation is to slow the process, not reverse it. So i was once told, if you dont see any aging progress, then thats a good thing! I will say that my skin has felt and looked great since I started incorporating collagen into my daily routine. My hair has been healthy/shiny/growing fast. I haven’t seen an improvement in my nails as i had hoped.I’m definitely going to continue taking collagen, can’t go back now! I recently tried mixing the single packet with pink lemonade emergen-c packets while traveling and it mixed and tasted pretty good! Haven’t tried adding it to coffee or anything hot yet.

Great product overall for your health with many sources of collagen. Good taste as far as vanilla and chocolate goes. The vanilla mixes easily, the chocolate does not with clumps remaining with mixing by hand anyway. I will not purchase the chocolate anymore for that reason. Almost 5 stars, will keep buying.

Misleading Front Label info
Iâve been taking this for over a year and I enjoy the taste of the vanilla. It mixes well into my morning cacao. Do I see benefits? Hard to say. 3 Stars because what Iâm not thrilled about is that the front of the label prominently displays âCollagen 20gâ and then below that in much lighter & smaller text it says âper 2 scoops,â whereas the back shows that a serving is ONE scoop. Why donât they put the amounts of nutrition âper servingâ on the front? So does âClinically Provenâ levels need to be one scoop or two? And if itâs two, why isnât a serving two scoops? The imponderables of advertisingâ¦.

Iâve been using the product for a month now, Iâm definitely going to continue to use it. In the past, I got constipated a little too frequently & it really helps me go everyday, my nails are strong, I think my hair is growing and my skin does look better. Will update in 2 months with progression.
