The PERFECT Protein!!!!
I’m a certified personal trainer, and a certified yoga teacher. I’ve spent years coming up with the “Perfect” assortment of supplements to suit my very, very, VERY active life!I had been using Nutiva Hemp Protein for a few years, but the cost kept going up each time I ordered, and it now sits at $64/bag (3lb). That’s just prohibitively expensive, and I can’t justify it. I looked around for a while at local stores for something comparable, but couldn’t find anything I liked.Enter Anthony’s!!As of today 3lbs runs about $37. Which is much more palatable that $64!Not to mention….It’s better. It’s such a fine grind, that it’s easier to disguise in a thicker smoothie. Yes, like all hemp proteins, it has a slight grit (think flour), and that’s just fine!! It is such a fabulous, whole protein (all essential aminos in one), highly digestible, high in fiber, has a gentle nutty taste that is easy to blend away with creamy smoothies, or even mixed into baked goods (I make banana nut bread with it, and it’s delicious!). It also doesn’t make me feel bloated like chia or flax tends to. I feel light, and clean, and energetic as I work through my day.I’ve also noticed some real tangible gains in my workouts. I’ve put on quite a bit more lean mass over the past two months, than I have in the last two years!I can’t say enough great things about this protein powder. It’s a game changer. So much so, that I have stocked up! I’ve got 6 pounds up in my cabinet right now, and plan to keep that as my baseline, because both my husband and myself use this 7 days a week now, blended with some whole egg protein, and either whey or a vegan protein, to make the perfect cocktail!Give it a try. And, be fair! This isn’t a water soluble (doesn’t dissolve in liquid) protein! It’s a whole food with a bit of texture, and a ton of awesome benefits!

Good quality, nice flavor, organic.
I usually use another brand Nutiva but it has become unavailable in the last months. So I was pleased to find Anthony’s organic hemp seed protein to use in my protein smoothies. It has a fresh nutty flavor, is nicely ground, at a reasonable price. Those who expect it to dissolve completely aren’t understanding the physics. It’s ground seeds, not powdered milk. That’s why people blend it into smoothies or add it to baked goods or to raw protein ball recipes. I use half organic whey protein powder and half hemp seed powder in my smoothies for a smoother texture, creamier flavor and improved protein spectrum.

Anthony goods products are great clean low sodium products. I have used the pea and hemp protein powders.
