One of the best doorbells for the price
I’ve been using this doorbell about a week. The installation was super easy. I have tried other doorbells such as Ring, but this doesn’t need subscription to save the videos. The video quality is far better than Ring and it’s not too expensive either. I’m really impressed with its portrait or head to toe view frame as with other doorbells I could not see the packages left at my door, but with this everything is visible. The signal strength is good, I see 64% on the app with distance ~75 feet to my WIFI router. The battery usage is impressive. It uses 3-4% power every week with an average of 7-8 video shots everyday. It doesn’t have wire connection option, so charging the battery once in a while is the only option, but I still recommend this product for my overall positive experience.

AOSU Wireless Doorbell is one of the finest. Solar Panel Installed
I’ve been interested in a doorbell camera for quite sometime that was wireless. I purchased this AOSU Doorbell Camera and it is everything I was looking for. The picture is clear and has many features. Very easy to install. I purchased the AOSU Doorbell and received the package two days later the item was nicely packaged. I emptied the contents from the box and it came with a charging wire which I highly recommend charging the wireless doorbell before installing. While the doorbell was charging I went ahead and installed the AOSU app and it’s very user friendly. I turn the doorbell camera on and followed instructions to pair it with the app and it was fairly easy. I was then able to see that the camera was only charged at 68% and had a connection of 100% to my wifi. I went ahead and played around with the settings and paired the chime box with the doorbell and picked the sound I thought was the loudest. I went ahead and installed the mounting plate but I also purchased an angled mount since the entrance to my home does not face the front. I purchased an angle mount that was meant for other cameras but made sure the dimensions would work with the AOSU doorbell. I modified the mount by drilling four tiny holes on the angled mount and the AOSU doorbell fit right on.. Once the camera was fully charged I mounted the doorbell on the angled mount and tested it. To my surprise the video quality is very good. The doorbell circular light turns on when approached to be able to see it at night or during the day. The night vision is spectacular but I prefer color reason I turn on outside lights. A great feature is when the doorbell is activated the chime sounds off and my phone receives a call from doorbell to communicate with person at the door. That is just great. I also installed an 128Gb SD card to record activity and for no subscription needed. Overall, this was a great buy and highly recommend the AOSU wireless Doorbell Camera. AOSU has to be one of the best on the market!Update: After having to recharge the doorbell camera I moved on to find a solar panel to keep the doorbell charged without having to remove it every other week. I found the specs and purchased an AOSU 5w solar panel and I installed and connected to the doorbell camera. That’s been over a month and now I haven’t recharge the doorbell camera. It stays charged at 100% with solar panel absorbing sunlight most of the day. I did have to modify the dust cover seal on the doorbell to be able to close it and be able to insert the type c connector cable into the camera and it worked like a charm.

One day so far it’s great!
Easy to set up and connect to my phone and the cloud storage is very affordable. It also allows for local storage via sd card . Great picture even the night vision is better than I expected. It works very well so far!

Good battery life
This door bell is better than the ring in my opinion. Just get the SD card. No subscription required. Battery last awhile. Very easy to install. Good camera quality. The price is very decent I think for thr quality. I’m planning on getting a second one

The initial setup was super easy, taking less than a minute with the AOSU app. The chime offers a variety of audio options to choose from. However, one recommendation would be to include all the audio options in the AOSU app to make it quicker and easier to select new bell sounds.Overall, the AOSU Doorbell Camera Wireless is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their home security without incurring ongoing subscription fees. It offers comprehensive coverage, smart detection features, and high-quality video, all while integrating smoothly with other smart home devices. Very easy install, just follow the instructions and you’re good to go. Cam should be charged before use even though it has a small charge. Bell cam has some storage but I recommend to get the mini SD 128 gig. All in all this cam works very well with many different ring options and I recommend to disable motion detection if you live in a busy area. Otherwise you are constantly going to get notifications which could get very annoying. Video graphics are smooth with wide angles so you can also customize it accordingly. I highly recommend this door bell cam specially for the price. No subscription is needed unless you want some added gadgets.
