I have this in our front yard, when one of my boys or myself is walking in front of the yard, it will track us wherever we go. I installed this camera so that we have visibility into our front yard and the street. It does capture the people walking by and it’s nice to have that extra security.

When it comes to night vision video, you do have the option to set it to color night vision, black and white night vision, or you can set the camera to just intelligently feel the sight, I do like having it on the color night vision because the spotlight is so bright at 400 lumens.

I purchased the Auso Solar Camera on Amazon as a quick and easy way to monitor my premises, and overall, Iâm very satisfied with the product and the companyâs customer service.The camera was incredibly simple to set up and worked perfectly right out of the box. Its high-quality image resolution and versatile storage options either via cloud subscription or local memory card are standout features that make it highly functional and reliable.After a few months of use, I noticed some issues with the cameraâs ability to charge, and the battery health began to decline. AOSU SolarCam D1 Max is hands down the best
I received the AOSU SolarCam D1 Max camera after purchasing it at Amazon. I received it in two days and the equipment was nicely packaged. I unboxed the camera and it came with everything you need to install it with ease. The screw pattern stickers made it easy to drill pilot holes and mounting the cameraâs base and the solar panel base. Once I unpacked the camera I inserted a sd card (purchased separately) to record locally rather than subscribing (no subscription required). It also came with a shot type c charging cable to charge the camera fully before mounting. I plugged in the camera to charge and while charging I downloaded the AOSU app and connected the camera. Itâs always better to have the camera synced and connected before mounting it. By syncing the camera I can now see what percent the battery is charged to. After syncing I played around with the controllers and settings. Itâs a very impressive camera with great quality picture. I have used other security cameras but this particular pan/tilt/zoom camera is hands down the best. When I synced the AOSU camera it connects through 2.4G wifi and since i use mesh wifi the connection is excellent as there is a mesh about 25 feet away from camera making a strong connection of 94% making the picture quality great. The camera is presently located in the alley on a tree and the solar panel is receiving good sunlight changing the camera fully everyday. This camera is just too good and Iâll be relocating it to utilize its high quality. The two way talk works great and the sound is clear. I was able to have a conversation with my son while he payed outside. Overall, i highly recommend the AOSU Solar Cam D1 Max, itâs just hands down the best out in the market.

This product is awesome. There are lots of ways to program it and it really does track movement quite well! Battery lasts a long time and solar panel works well – it doesn’t charge much on cloudy days, but the battery can last a week with minimal charge so as long as you have a little sun, you should be good!

Got the camera in July 2024 and it exceeded my expectations. It was easy to set up and worked right away. I had no complaints or issues. But then the Fall season started and the daytime temperatures became cooler. Suddenly the battery percentage kept dropping and was never going up – the solar panel was not topping up the battery although the app said the camera was chargingI contacted Aosu support and after trying their suggestions to test the camera battery (the battery charged when plugged in), but when remounted and connected to the solar panel the battery was not being topped up again by the solar panel.Lynette and the rest of the support team were very cooperative and agreed to ship a replacement camera. I requested the wired version and they agreed.I havenât received it yet but was promised it would arrive within 5 days. We will see.The bottom line is I like the camera and the support teamâs response was very good.

Researched this camera and many others and decided on this one because of the features and the price on Prime Days. The camera was easy to set up and holding a charge I will see how it operates when the winter arrives but working good now. I wanted a camera that would track and this does a fairly good job not perfect but acceptable. I like the 360 view when you want to look around and the feature that returns the camera to its set position. The AI seems to work fairly good a lot of less false alarms than other cameras Iâve used. Time will tell but so far happy with my purchase.

Great integration with Aosu app, especially if you have doorbell or other security products from them. Iâve had no issues with solar battery power. Keeps a consistent 75% charged throughout the day.
