Exceeded My Expectations!
I was a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished MacBook Pro, but Iâm thrilled I did!The laptop arrived in pretty great conditionâhonestly, I wouldnât have guessed it wasnât brand new. It only has a couple of minor scratched on the top, but besides that, it has no visible scratches on the screen itself, and runs like a dream. The performance is incredibly smooth, and the battery life is fantasticâit easily lasts me through a full day or two of work without needing a charge.I also love that it came with an official Apple charger (which was a pleasant surprise since Iâve heard of other customers receiving third-party ones).The features themselves are advanced, making everything from multitasking to video editing a breeze. I feel like I got an amazing deal for a high-end product. If you’re on the fence about going refurbished, I highly recommend it!

DIED after 3 months.
This computer had damaged casing when we got it, but it was “refurbished” and “Apple Certified” so we thought it would still be ok, but by December 20, after 3 months, it simply stopped charging or turning on. Did troubleshooting. Called Apple services. Visited the Apple store. No luck. They can’t do a diagnostic on a dead computer. This is a very expensive brick. I don’t advise to order refurbished computers from Amazon.

I love my new MacBook Pro. Coming from a lifelong Windows guy, thatâs saying something. Iâve been a Windows tech/support person (retired) for over 25 years. Over that time, Iâve had very little interaction with the Mac OS. Iâve known for years that the Mac OS is a better, more secure and more robust OS, but that didnât mean I wanted a Mac. Well, that recently changed. I took on a part time job doing support for a Linux NAS server, and an office full of Macs. To support the Mac users, I needed to fully understand the Mac OS. This brings us here.TO THE POINTDo not listen to the negative reviews for these âRenewedâ MacBook Pros. My MacBook Pro arrived in perfect condition. Everything checked out like a brand new computer. It did have 50 charges on the battery, so someone did use the computer, and for some time. You could not tell by looking at the unit. I will also add that these computers are supposed to come with a fresh OS install. Mine did have residue from the previous owner, so Iâm guessing they donât always give you a clean install of the OS. That being said, if you get a Mac that doesnât meet your expectationâs, just send it back. My plan was to give it a try. If after three attempts, I didnât get a âgoodâ one, I would give up. I didnât need to do that. I was very happy with the first one I received. You canât beat the price!To buyers coming from a Windows OS to the Mac OS. When I ordered my new Mac, a friend of mine (who has been a Mac tech longer than most people reading this right now have been alive) told me âdonât bring your Windows mind to the Macâ. This is so true. Donât start by loading up your new Mac with Microsoft apps etc. Try Apple Pages, or LibreOffice (free download). Give the Mac way a chance. Forget about right click. Yeah, Mac has the Control click to show the context menu, but you will not see the Windows type options for creating a new document etc. Instead, open the app, create your document and then save it. Itâs just a different way of doing things, but give it a chance before complaining about the way the Mac OS does it.Thatâs all. Enjoy your new Mac and have some funâ¦

Honestly when I made the purchase I looked back and read the reviews people left and I decided to gamble on it & im glad I did! I got mine in excellent condition!I believe that the people that had trouble with their computer probably didnât order in excellent condition and maybe order it in acceptable condition.I will say if you are having trouble with it powering on when you get it, itâs probably the charger cord or the box. I have the Ipad 13 inch (2024) so when I plugged it in to my ipad charger it turned on!When it turned on it was working great. All the keys worked and the touchpad work. Its was light weight and the sound was amazing! The screen play was clean and the camera worked as well. It does tend to get a little heat but something too bad.

Unbelievable Value
I was very skeptical at first to purchase one of these refurbished MacBook Pros. I know refurbished products can be hit or miss sometimes.This is a refurbished product, so it will not come with the original packaging. Mine arrived in a cardboard box, wrapped in a bubble wrap sleeve. Also included in the power brick and cable. As you can see in the pictures, there is virtually no scratches or damage to the laptop itself, and the screen, Touch Bar, and keyboard are all in perfect condition.The ONLY downside is that they do not swap out the original battery with a new one. My battery health settings indicated that the battery life is less than 80% of what it used to be.Other than that, this thing looks, feels, and performs like it is brand new, but for a quarter of the price! Can’t beat this value!!

i was worried at first, because i was having issues updating to the latest OS, but it seems to have fixed itself and this computer runs great. everything on it seems to be running smoothly and im so happy that i got this for what its priced for. it doesnât get too hot, sound quality is great, tiny little scratches barely noticeable, scree size and brightness are all great. battery life is not in completely amazing shape as others have said but for a 6 year old used computer it still runs great 🙂

Me llego en caja generica y con cargador genérico, pero el equipo esta impecable! solo tenia un pequeño golpe en una orilla que casi ni se ve, ya olvide que ahi esta, es muy minimini ese golpe, pero encantado con la Touch Bar, me ayuda mucho a mi trabajo, a escribir, el sonido es increÃble, y la pantalla igual. Recomiendo el producto, es rapido y cómodo, no pesa mucho
