2021 iPad
This was a surprise gift for my mom from my family. She played solitaire and mahjong on her mini cell. It strained her eyes.She was blown away, everything was perfect and works fine – except they sent wrong charger cord. Picture is great- it was worth money and year of insurance- we didnât have color options so got the silver- but worth the money! Iâd buy again!

The item is great don’t let my 1star rating fool you. This rating is due to I ordered this item Dec 24 and it just arrived today. Was gonna be a late Christmas gift. I do not know what happened but I received “item approval” on this order, I approved it and for 3 maybe 4 days there was no update. I never was reached out to about this, I had to reach out. I sent an email and what do you know, the item went from “order received” to “order shipped”. The seller never responded (as I know of this money haven’t check my messages for a reply directly) for why this was delayed almost 2 weeks. No apology, no offering to make it right. As a 1st time buyer this was a sour experience. I undertand things happen but to not take any accountability nor offer it is a red flag. How can you take my money but not know an order wasn’t shipped??? GOD ONLY knows if this would have arrived or not, if I didn’t contact them.My nephew does love the iPad. I bought because of the RAM and total capacity for storage as I work in cybersecurity for the DoD. I wanted him to have something that will last. I’ll walk my sister through the tech part of this so he gets the max usage out of it. Again, great product but terrible experience with the seller as far as an apology (lack thereof), transparency (why it happened), and customer experience.I don’t shop with you because I am new to you but I feel like building your brand and maintaining the “aura” requires a lot of what my negative review is about.Please do better with your next customer or return customers. This really could have been explained and figured out!

The iPad was securely packaged, it looked brand new, could not tell that it was a used product. Set up was very easy and the charging supplies were greatly appreciated, my boys donât have to fight over my iPad Pro now. thank you for a great deal!

Perfectas condiciones y me funciona excelente para lo que la utilizo, el único problema que le vi es que me pusieron un cable USB-C de ambos lados en vez de uno Lightning que es el que utiliza esta tableta. Afortunadamente, tengo varios cables Lightning a la mano y no me preocupa, pero si dependiera del contenido de la caja habrÃa tenido que devolverla o reclamar, o pedir un cable adicional.
