Not sure if the previous owner had cleared out the item on their apple account, the first thing that happened after I plugged it into Apple and registered my wife’s information was an email stating something about the previous owner.Overall it if fully functional and does look very good. The screen is bright and my pics went right onto the unit.. Using this mostly for online training and musical direction and notes.Good item and satisfied with the purchase.

The unit is as advertised. A refurbished iPad from a commercial or educational outlet. Used but very nice for the price. It upgraded and synced with my phone seamlessly. I ordered a cover that was recommended and the tablet looks like new. Battery has an 8 to 10 hour usage limit which works well for me.

Perfect for a kid
I bought this for my 6 year old, since her other tablet was incredibly slow and didnt have much storage. I didn’t want to spend the money on a brand new one since shes young, so this was a great option.It comes not in an apple box (which I didnt care or expect it to) and with an after market charger (again, didnt bother me). It’s in perfect condition, works well, charges fast but the battery isn’t as great as my ipad I just purchased in December. However, it doesn’t die relatively quickly or anything.I’d definitely purchase again

This iPad isnât capable of updating all the way.
The seller wasnât honest about how old this was nor was I told it would first take 23 hours just to get it updated to 15.8.3. All my apps arenât able to update completely either. Beware of sellers that wonât put all information on details. I didnât even know what model I bought until I got it. Iâm totally disappointed ð thanks for causing my disappointment. It has taken me 7 days to download 2 apps and still trying to get my email figured out. Since I canât just move all my information onto the new iPad from my old iPad, because it requires a 18.1, my apps,(even my email) doesnât recognize me. Iâve had to change my password 7 times and itâs still not recognizing me.What a disappointment!!!!I shouldâve went with my gut instinctâ¦and not purchased it.

There is a small, short scratch in the upper corner of the front glass, outside of the display area. Otherwise, this iPad was in mint shape; also surprised to find it was the cellular version. Arrived with Apple 12W charger + generic cable; charger has been well cleaned, there are some minor wear marks in the USB port otherwise wouldn’t know that is used also. I am using this to replace a damaged iPad Air for one of the kids. Great value.

J’ai acheté cette tablette pour mon épouse qui l’a bien utilisé. Elle était toujours fonctionnelle après quelques années d’utilisation… mais elle a voulu s’en acheter une avec plus de capacité. On s’est donc dit que je pourrais reprendre cette tablette. Une fois que j’ai supprimé ses données qui ont été transférées sur sa nouvelle tablette, une fois le moment d’installer mes données provenant d’une vieille tablette que je ne pouvais plus updater, cette tablette a bloqué sur un écran où l’on m’a demandé des “credentials” user/mot de passe, pour le “remote management”. J’ai eu beau ensuite recommencer, réinstaller depuis itunes avec ordinateur, ça revenait toujours à ça, le remote management d’une école de Caroline du Sud à 1500 km d’ici. Ensuite j’ai contacté le service de Apple, on m’a fait croire qu’on pouvait régler mon problème… et on m’a donné un rendez-vous au Apple store le plus près… pour me faire dire que finalement, on pourra rien faire pour moi. La seule solution qui serait envisageable, est de contacter le responsable du service de ce Remote management. Je ne crois pas que j’aurai de réponse. BREF, LAISSEZ-MOI VOUS DIRE QUE PLUS JAMAIS, JE N’ACHÃTERAI DE PRODUITS APPLE “REFURBISHED” suite à cette mauvaise expérience. Maintenant la tablette est devenue INUTILISABLE, pourtant elle fonctionnait très bien… MAIS QUELQU’UN N’A PAS FAIT SON TRAVAIL, n’a pas enlevé ce “remote management” convenablement… ARNAQUE!
