I was skeptical buying such an expensive electronic ârefurbishedâ but getting one rated âexcellentâ helped. Zero probs so far and really happy with my purchase. Battery life could def be better but I already knew that was a thing with the gen I chose.

Ipad came not in Factory mode
I usually dont write reviews but this upset me. I literally opened my package today, and the minute I turned it on its in a different language. And I am unable to click on majority of my apps. Also the power adapter they gave me, is generic and gets hot at the touch when charging.

Loving my iPad Pro. Iâm a nursing student and didnât want to lug around a clunky laptop but still wanted something with memory and that would keep up. Great buy!

Poor battery life
Has a poor battery life and take all day to charge. I didnât use the after market cords provided. I would give it 5 stars if the battery lied was better.

Ipad came in seal and in a protected package, screen was in mint condition, no scratch in the back as well.Battery life is good for the age of the Ipad, also very good price on it as well.Very happy with the unit.

Received Inner digital screen damaged
Received today and as soon as I powered it on I noticed this weird damaged imprint on inner digital screen of iPad. It is not a glare the highlighted image doesnât go away. I knew I was taking a chance buying refurbished. Unfortunately, because I need this for school I will have to return. Packaging was not great either. Hope that wasnât a result of it.

Unbelievable Like New
One the price and not expecting much just as long it functioned. But to my surprise itâs like brand new it is a pleasant surprise. However one thing I did not care for was the wall adapter it was so hot I unplugged it and used my Real Adapter lol. I had an issue after about two weeks, the tablet locked me out from booting up. Customer service switched me over to the Geek Squad and two hours later it was the same shape (no boot-up). She scheduled for a walk in visit at one of the facilities for repair, not only did the technician do a complete reset (Factory), but updated the software to the latest version but was very helpful after the fact! I would recommend giving this refurbish units out!
