This seller replaced the Apple battery with non Apple parts. Phone worked for less than two weeks and stopped charging. Terrible vendor. Do not buy any Apple products from here. Motherboard was corrupt, along with several other issues. Please attached diagnostic report from Apple. They would not service because it came from a third party.

The phone had no exterior imperfections, and it arrived as expected. However, the speaker on the phone is defective. I could make calls with no problem, but if I used the speakerphone, the caller on the receiving end could not hear me. I donât know if this was a one off situation. I understand that weâre purchasing refurbished, so I donât expect the phone to be brand new. However, I donât think itâs unreasonable to want a phone that fully functions. Especially, when youâre paying $300+ dollars.
