Still in great condition ððð
I bought it for my son in another country.My son loves it since itâs unlocked, it works well in his country. he is still using it until now.Battery life, since itâs a used one so it goes down fast but it functions very well and still in great condition.I like buying phones from Electronics City because they are so honest and reachable and accommodating to customers.

100% scam Rip off
on day 96 out of my 90 day return window my son’s phone began over heating, said it was losing battery life and then died. I took it to Batteries Plus and had a new battery put in…. that only lasted 1 day & died again – under their warranty they replaced it 2 more times and finally said it must be something wrong in the phone. I emailed ELOCTRONICITY USA to let them know what happened and asked if they have had this problem before? if they could help troubleshoot? or if they could exchange for one that was working properly since I was out of the return window. After 3 emails all they could tell me was they were sorry they couldn’t help because I was out of the return window. I have been buying refurbished phones for my kids for over 8 years & never had this happen! If they were a true American company that cared about their customers, their products, their return business or their reputation – they could have at least had a tech call me to troubleshoot what the issue is. SHAME ON YOU ELECTRONICITY USA – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!

Donât think itâs the best yet but great!
Received this as a gift. Easy to set up and use as Iâm a previous iPhone user. It was as easy as taking out my old SIM card and inserting it! My husband got this for me as I love to take pictures but I havenât been too impressed with the camera. Portrait mode is only beautiful when thereâs plenty of light and the object is still has frozen water. Anything else and the quality is terrible. I heard night mode is beautiful but honestly I donât see much of a difference from an iPhone 6s! The video quality is great and movements in video is good. I have enjoyed the editing that can be done directly on the phone. I do miss the home button off older versions. This new one uses Face ID which is not always useful as your phone has to be aimed at your face! Most of the time I have to use the passcode. Not sure if the things Iâm complaining about is because itâs not a brand spankin new iPHone 11pro or itâs just the iPhone 11pro!

No problems the iPhone 11 Pro… worked and looked like new a device. Arrived with in two days of ordering. Its been two months, still working as good as new, setup as normal and corrected to spectrum mobile with no issues.

I don’t buy the latest and greatest – over three years ago, I bought my 1st cell phone (work gave me a 5s), and was sticker-shocked by the cost of an apple-certified 16Gb 6s for $300. So naturally, I made it last as long as I could. My battery is now at 70% health, and dies quite quickly whenever I do anything that isn’t texting or calling.Now that the 12s are out, I decided I would get the best last-model, and began searching for an 11 pro. After reading reviews of this seller, I was a little leery to get something that might have visible scratches on the screen, or have hardware/software issues – As you can see in the photos, I have no issues yet. The screen/body are unblemished, and so far, no fatal errors in use. If anything pops up, I will come back and comment.While I feel for the people who had issues with their referbished model arrive with errors, I would recommend it. Hey, if there’s an issue, Amazon has a return policy!

Second try from seller BUYSPRY, returned first one for scratches. This silver iPhone 11 Pro 256GB came with a glass screen protector thatâs slightly off center and has a weird glue around it and in the earpiece that Iâm trying to scrape off. Deep scratch over one of the front sensors shown in photo. Light scratches on rear camera bump rings. Good news is all sensors and speakers are in working order, even the scratched one. I donât dare take off the screen protector as I believe itâs covering a lot of scratches, but I donât see any scratches as is, so I give it a pass. Battery is at 100% life so Iâm very happy there. Overall for $499 Iâm happy with the purchase and will stick with it, and just hope that whatever is under the screen protector isnât too bad.

Great condition at fair price
Ordered and received an iPhone 11 Pro (excellent condition). Screen and back glass are virtually flawless and aluminium siding is in great condition. Front screen protector came already installed on phone (a nice bonus). Battery life is a bit lower than hoped for (83%) but still gets thru day even under heavy usage. Prime shipping went without hiccup and picked up at a local amazon locker. Highly recommend this seller

La verdad es que el producto llegó mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, según las especificaciones que te indican de un producto reacondicionado. Por ejemplo, me llegó con un 95% de baterÃa, lo cual esta muy bien, llevo aproximadamente 3 semanas usándolo y no me ha presentado ningún problema. Si llego con algunos ligeros detalles estéticos, pero claramente en la descripción dice que puede venir con ellos, además de que no van a ser percibidos a un brazo de distancia, lo cual en ml caso fue cierto, le agregue una mica de cristal y ya no se nota el rayón. Asà que si, desde mi perspectiva todo bien, y de acuerdo a su descripción. Pd. Además es muy bonito ðâ£ï¸

Es un excelente equipo por lo que cuesta, sin embargo, se castigan ciertas cosas como la estética de equipo, en mi caso, la pantalla tiene un punto en la pantalla fundido, no afecta en el funcionamiento pero es notorio al utilizarlo.EDITADO: Tuve que regresar el equipo ya que al mes de uso se reiniciaba hasta 5 veces por dÃa, cuando se reiniciaba cambiaba el estado de la baterÃa y no se podÃa utilizar, estaba todo muy bien y no supe que fue lo que paso, de estética estaba super bien.
